When I cried out things went well for me. Delivery was simple for me. But after that comes the real struggle.

ഞാനും നിലവിളിക്കില്ല എന്ന് മനസ്സിൽ ഉറപ്പിച്ചിരുന്നു... But contraction കൂടി കൂടി വരുമ്പോ അറിയാതെ അലറി കരഞ്ഞു പോകുവാണ്... എത്രെ ശ്രെമിച്ചിട്ടും control ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുന്നുണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല... മനപ്പൂർവം ഒച്ചയും ബഹളവും ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നത് അല്ല... ദയവു ചെയ്തിട്ട് ലേബർ റൂമിൽ duty ക്ക് നിക്കുന്ന docters നോടും നഴ്‌സ്‌മാരോടും പറയുവാണ്... ഒച്ച ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നു എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു pain എടുത്ത് കിടക്കുന്ന ആളോട് shout ചെയ്യരുത്... അവർ മനപ്പൂർവം അല്ല ചെയ്യുന്നത് എന്ന് നിങ്ങൾക്കും അറിയാം... Control ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയാത്ത pain ആണ് ഡെലിവറി pain... അവരെക്കൊണ്ട് control ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുന്ന കാര്യം ആണെങ്കിൽ തീർച്ചയായും ആ situation ൽ അവർ സഹകരിക്കും, ഒച്ച ഉണ്ടാക്കാതെ control ചെയ്യും...
