Mam mere vi progesteron nahi ban raha hea muje period lane ke liye medicine lena parrahi he mer,e is time mey vi period miss hua but keya hoga pata nahi keya karu muje khch pata nahi chal raha hea, doctor ne muje ovulate karne ke liye letrozol 2.5 mg teblets diya hea Or period ki 3rd day se leke 5 day dayly once lene ke liye bola hea Or period dates ke 5 days pehele se progesterone teblets diya hea khane ke liye keya karu khuch batayiye mujhe lag raha he may kavi maa nahi ban sakti

i was diagnosed with pcos at the age of 12, I'm 15 now. it has been such a strenuous journey. Pcos has ruined my daily life in crazy amount of things. I do maintain a healthy lifestyle, but yk sometimes I loose it, I feel like crying my heart out. Body Dismorphia, Insecurities, so much more. I really hope I make it till the end!

you are not alone dear... at your age I also use to feel the same... I use to cry... even today sometimes I feel low.. but its ok dear... we are still in better state than the people who are fighting fr life, handicapped, burnt, etc...right?? we only have one very small condition (moreover lifestyle condition ) to deal with PCOD... kya h baccha unwanted hair remove kr lo, pimple makeup se hide kr lo, weight exercise se kam kr lo, healthy lifestyle rakh lo, infertility ke liye we have the best doctors, options... why toh feel disheartened & depressed... cheer up! your are just 15... be positive & stay positive.

I'm really afraid....just 15 days ago I diagnosed with PCOS....my age is 20 And since I started my periods it was kinda irregular....sometime it was normal sometime 2/3 months gap..... Then suddenly last 5 months after not getting my periods I went to a doctor and he told me I have PCOS....and he suggested me Contraseptiv pills and chrominac A tablets Can you pls reply....Can I die because of this.....am really afraid I want to live at least 20 more years..... And should I take the medicines or try to treat it naturally ...? I'm really confused pls reply... Mera ovulation induction chal raha tha meri doc ne letrozole diya doc ne then 4th march ko mujhe hcg 10000 injection diya after that mujhe 15 days duphaston lene kaha .. ab mai test karrahi toh mujhe 2 line aarahe preganews me lekin 2nd line faint aarahi bar bar .. mai kya samjhu isko pls bataiye mam

I have consulted dieticians twice in my life... I am going to make a video what chart or routine they use to give me... which use to start with empty stomach honey cinnamon water ( which is best to regularise periods )... she use to cut my whole day diet in 8 meals.. and restricting few vegetables and fruits... I will make a detailed video on that 👍

darne vaala kuch bhi nhi h dear... har kisi ko conceive krne mein dikkat nhi aati... mostly log bahut easily conceive kar lete h... weight mat kam karo... exercise fit rehne or healthy routine ke liye bhi karte h... basic exercise like 30 mins of aerobics, brisk walking and healthy diet pr dhyan rakho orr +ve raho... sab accha hoga future mein... :) all the best :)

Ma'am Meri shadi ku 3 saal hogaye hai periods medicine khane se hi aati hai..Mera laproscopy 16 February ku hwa hai pcos deriling done by laproscopy .but mere periods Nahi Aaye aabi laproscopy ho kr 1 months Hoga aab 16 march ku ..pcos deriling k baad pregnant hojate hai ?

PCOS mein 90 % se jyada chances hote h conceive krne k... drilling hui h toh... sab cyst remove ho gayi hongi... jarur helpful hoga... tension na le... I hope aapne laparoscopy multiple consultation ke baad kraayi hogi kyuki laparoscopy kam recommended hoti h kyuki cyst vapis vapis bhi ho jaati h... and also stay positive & happy.... depression and sadness se health effect hoti h.... mind divert karo and keep your hopes high... all d best 👍

bilkul pareshan na ho sabse phle...tension mat lo please... tension se or stress se Orr problem hogi... koi baat nahi ectopic pregnancy kaafi common hain... meri bahut close friend ko bhi miscarriage ho kar tube remove karni padd gayi thi .. next pregnacy mein koi dikkat nahi hui usse ek bahut hi pyaari si baby girl h unke.... isliye tension mat lo impossible nahi h.... haan bahut jyada dhyan rakhne ki jarurat h... sahi doctor se treatments or closely observation bahut jaruri hain... hopes bilkul naa haarein... optimistic reh kar khush ho kar treatment karvaayo... apna Dhyan rakho... healthy lifestyle... proper rest... proper sleeping routine... light brisk walk if doctors allow... vo karo sab accha hoga... jaldbaazi mat karo... patience rakhna... maa banne k liye bahut saara patience chahiye... jo stay positive and take care... keep having prenatal medicines like folic acid... my all prayers for you... may god fulfill ur wishes as soon as possible 😇👍

Ma'am I am 20 and I have detected pcod , I stoped my medications , I lossed my weight around 9 kgs . I don't have any symptoms , my tsh , insulin , androgens and all is normal .And I get my periods after 1-2 months . But I do care abt myself alot and also do intense workout . Ma'am will I be able to conceive ?

Hi, Mere husband ko Meri doctor ne bola tha... 12th day k baad jab last injection lagta h... uske baad 13 , 14 , 15 etc days mein kabhi bhi conceive hone k chances hote h tab movement kam krne ko... hospital aane liye bhi avoid krne ko bola tha... obviously office is unavoidable so... take care & dnt stress... all the best 👍
