What oil or live in conditioner do you use for hair growth

i like to use castor, rosemary & mint, and/olive on my hair. leave ins i use are the Shea moisture manuka honey leave in, Camille rose honey leave in, and the any of the TGIN leave ins.. a good inexpensive option is the African Pride new line!

I use the banding method to stretch my hair! I will gladly make a tiktok on a tut, but in the meantime, there are definitely videos that can work you through the process!
