Your hair is so gorgeous. I love the mizani gel but it's hard to find in my area and expensive. I layer it with wetline extreme gel on top and I get a perfect wash and go every time!

I usually just lift which makes me sweat but not nearly as much when I'm doing high intensity cardio which I'm currently doing (crossfit). I wash once a week so I typically wash on day 7 but my roots get super puffy from all the sweat. I be drippinggg. Any tips?
