You have some will power which is really impressive. You didn’t give up on your miracle. Funny you had all these tests and none worked. What worked for you was when you relaxed and let it be. The mind is a powerful thing!!

Thank you so much for this video, I had 2 miscarriage and I'm 24 years old, found out yesterday my PAI-1 is 216 so must start with aspirin and Clexane during pregnancy... so shattered

I had a number of tests and have been diagnosed with protein S deficiency as well. I now have a virtual appointment with a high risk ob to come up with a plan and my husband will be getting tested soon since I have a live child and he does not.

I have had 4 miscarriages and have an appointment with my ob in a week so I can have as many tests as possible. I am asking for all these that you have mentioned. Thank you so much for this information, I hope it helps me get answers. Also have you ever been tested for celiac?

Ahhhh, we have soo much in common....my doctor told me my protein s deficiency numbers are not too bad so he's not sure that it's the only issue!!!

Hoping and wishing it turns well for you. My wife had 4 miscarriages and we did a lot of tests and learnt it’s genetic high lipo protein a that was causing it

Hey Kelli, I just happened to be diagnosed with PAI-1 4G/4G homozygous after 2 very early miscarriages. I have been on baby aspirin for a month now. I also have had a hematology consult when I got my results back and to my surprise he said that he doesn’t know what it means besides the description given by the lab. He also said that he can definitely prescribe Lovenox as soon as a get pregnant again. Do you happen to have more information about this gene mutation?

I had my first testing done and I had PAI-1 5G/5G homozygous, but that's all they tested me for. I'm getting a full panel on Friday. I've had multiple chemical pregnancies. Is there a way to treat it to help implantation & prevent chemical loss??

From what I understand, if you start the baby aspirin and lovenox earlier (prior to implantation) it is supposed to help.

Yes, 3 pregnancies in 2018, 1 in 2019, and now 1 in 20201...NOTHING in 2020!!!!
