I did like your review JJ. I really like my Lion model. Hornby did a good job on it as well as Tiger. Both good. Pity about Rocket getting stuck, I would have enjoyed all three going on different tracks.

Good review of a lovely model. Just a suggestion check there isn't a small block of foam between the locomotive and the tender. I have been caught out before. It prevents the locomotive from cornering freely. Thanks for showing. Regards Paul.

Hi Paul. JJ's inside line, on the curved entry to the bridge, has a problem with the track. JJ and I have discussed it in the past, with other locomotives. They stall on that location. The interesting data point here is that Lion got stuck, but the wheels continued to rotate. That rules out electrical but does indicate a mechanical issue, like horizontal or vertical kink in the track.

I've done a quick Test with 'Lion' - If Lion has enough Momentum & going fast enough - it won't stop - but not going fast enough it will stop - or if the Loco is not powerful enough - it will also stop - a slight slope - Not sure if my old Vid helps but check it out :- kzfaq.info/get/bejne/bpZ6rJyYxsyZknU.html - It shows where the slopes are on my Layout are!!! (It's b4 I up-graded it to 3 loops!!!) 🤔🚂🚂🚂
