I have been waiting for that exact GMT for a couple of years. Well....... last week I got the text and Saturday I picked it up. One of, if not the best looking sports pieces that Rolex makes IMO. Fit like a glove without any link replacement or adjustment. With the Easylink it fits perfectly when cool or warm on the center divot anchoring point. I am very pleased with this watch, extremely comfortable. Maybe a little flashy- you have to be aware of your surroundings when wearing this one with short sleeves.

I love your genuine enthusiasm for Rolex and your gorgeous Batgirl, Tony. I feel the same way about Rolex and my Starbucks Submariner. I am wearing it today, have owned it for 15 months, and love it more now than the day I bought it! Rolex makes some truly incredible watches.

Excellent watch Tony. Happy to say I have one on my own, and similar to you it wasn't a crazy long wait list from my AD who really takes great care of me and its customers. I got it as a Batgirl with the jubilee bracelet and at the time of purchase my AD offered to order me the oyster bracelet from Rolex and when that came in, I swapped it out. So now I can turn my Batgirl into a Batman any time. I love both bracelets on this GMT.

Looks cool. I just walked into a Rolex AD in Canada and was surprised that they had 2 pieces for sale. So I bought this piece in 5 minutes after it was sinking in. I walked in and picked up a Datejust Two-tone Motif dial. So surprised and happy that I don't have to wait for a few years.

I love mine although I don’t wear it as often as I should. Its 24hr hand (in blue) is difficult to see but it might be something to do with my aging eyes.

Question, Will the current gmt models allow you to switch from an oyster to a jubilee? Traditionally a rolex service center would allow you to order the other bracelet for your gmt. I had heard the newest models did not allow it. You have any insight?

I registered my interest in the Sea Dweller 126600 at my new favorite AD over the weekend. Bought a nice Wolf winder from them. My SA texted today about getting a 34mm Air King in but I turned it down since it’s way too small for me and not even close to what I had expressed interest in. Hopefully that doesn’t hurt my chances at getting the SD43. Heck maybe it was even a test. At least they know I’m not likely a flipper if I turned down a Rolex. What do you think, Tony? Bad move to turn it down?
