Honestly I don't mind the purplish blue and the pinkish red colors of the bezel and no one knows if the Pepsi is being discontinued so please stop spreading misinformation. It's just all rumor at this point but people are stating it like it's a done deal.

The Rolex patent being cited to support the rumour of the return of the GMT Coke, speaks to a method of inject printing colour into ceramic. If the patent technology actually makes it into production, you can expect a new era of Rolex GMT's, and more generally, a new era of Rolex ceramic bezels. Printing will allow more or less colour/gradient/image creation on demand on ceramic bezels. Logos, indicia, images etc, all baked into the ceramic bezel.

I spoke only yesterday with my AD. Regards a coke gmt. Next year is the 70 th anniversary of the gmt and they have done a lot with the gmt over the last couple of years he predicted next year. Not long to wait to find out

How can you say for certain that the ‘Pepsi’ is getting discontinued?

Your five digit Pepsi is beautiful, but I was never a Rolex fan until the ceramic bezels came out. Of course, the blue dial on your white gold Pepsi is stellar. The meteorite dial would be one of my grail watches as they are all unique pieces. I guess we will soon see if the Pepsi bezel gets discontinued. The blue on my bezel is a very dark purple and probably the reason my AD offered it to me. Great content.

So this hasnt held up then as the Coke has not been released and the Pepsi is still on sale with a slightly darker insert colouring since around 2023, the Coke would be easy to produce as its a base red with a back over dye same as BLNR. I have the coke 16710 and looking for the BLRO 126710 and there seems to be quite a lot of variation on the bezel inset colorings form release to current on the Stainless model, the WG model is harder to notice as the blue dial often mimics the blue on the insert where as the ss model has a black dial, Light makes the biggest difference and its hard to really see on a monitor but the inserts do seem to have gotten darker and more deeper in colour as they have perfected the process, all that said this will likely create a "special" following fo rthe earlier lighter colours int he future as they will be limited run as Rolex kept on improving the insert process and if now they darker finish is the standard then they will keep going with it, anyone with an lighter shade will need to look after it and hoep they dont damage it as it would get swapped out by and RSC, and unlikely to have huge stocks of that batch just waiting around for serive swaps, It wont be straight away but in the future BLRO Pepsi's with the first gen or MK1 (as some are referring it to) or MK2 ligher color inserts will be more collectable perhaps, ceramics dont fade like the old Alu inserts and the older alu inserts that have faded or the red and blue has gotten lighter with UV are often sought after as Roelx changed the insert paint method later on and the new 16710 models dont fade anywhere near as much

I was long a skeptic of the purple and pink modern Pepsi until I had a chance to buy one. Easily my favorite and most special watch in the collection and I love the colors. It will be a shame if this one vanishes from the line up. We can launch rockets and people into space but colors on a bezel ellude us 😂

The Pepsi is the best one of the gmt ii and next is batman. Pepsi rolex has w/w white gold , stainless steel and ww white gold meteorite dial , just like smurf was white gold. It's been rumors that rolex submariner will be going 37mm and it due for a either a ss and bezel being something different because of the anniversary for submariner line. The Pepsi bezel is hard to make and breaks easy when getting service.

Does the discontinue apply to both 18k meteorite dial and blue dial ?
