I hear ya, Jean. Leading and managing people isn't easy. It's difficult enough to get energy for yourself, let alone other people. It might take some time, but the trick is to start putting some systems in place that start to pay off, including hiring and training good employees. Best of luck. If I ever come near Cape Cod, I'll give a holler.

Dave you always nail it, however, one of the worst bartenders/servers I work with...also works full time at Starbucks. But as in life, not all things are perfect.

Wow, that's funny Bluegoo. As I mentioned, you're always going to run across some people in life who are simply unhappy and attempt to make everyone else around them miserable. Too bad you were one of the ones who had to be in contact with them.
