No idea. They are guessing it's water from the construction of the building but ugh. Who knows 😒😟

@@NanaAshanti So the people who constructed the building must have used SEA WATER!!!!!!!!Because it is only sea water that contains salt.

@@NanaAshanti that happens when you build on a waterway. My apartment in Kumasi has the same issue. Hopefully it's not an area prone to flooding?
