Get to level 10 cooking and gourmet cooking skill, make the ambrosia meal (requires a death flower, angel fish, and a potion of youth that can be bought from the rewards store) 2. Have a sim write a book of life for shanice while she’s still alive (unlocked when completing the writing aspiration). 3. Have her ghost use the wishing well from the romantic garden stuff pack 4. Dedeathify spell from realm of magic pack 5. Giving the grim reaper a death flower while they’re still dying

I think the unwanted guests is a base game update glitch because of this cursed pack. I don’t own For Rent but ever since the update random people come into my city living apartments and I can’t lock them out or kick them out 🙃

Hey Satch! I think the reason you can't get into the room to the boiler is because there's no door. There's a door to get to the actual boiler but there's no door to get into the room that you have to go through to get to the boiler room. Idk if that makes sense but I think there's a missing door. If you pause the video at 21:46, you can see what I mean. Thanks for the content!

I've been watching Satchonsims for just a bit so I am new to his channel and love it. I noticed that he chose a comely sim named Chanice and has her go through the horrible stuff like mold in the game. It's interesting because I now understand that if you use a loser sim-lol it's easier to kill them off rather than play with your beloved sims- a more almost humane idea- oh that reads so terrible but that's how I understand it❤

To resurrect sims, there's cooking ambrosia (with the right skill levels and ingredients) or a ghost can wish for life on the wishing well but it may take a few tries to get revived instantly

the sims 4 update broke the dine out pack you can't go to restaurant no more no employes show up. you should do a video on it the only way to make it work is to play a npc sim and make them buy the restaurant and they can't just do that they also have hire the employes and lvl them up or food will be trash

I see they were going for the last of us cordyceps vibes judging by the last animation before death... but it could've been more interesting. They could've made a mold zombie that is attracted to water or something. That would've been fun, but alas, it's the sims 4...

since the EA app is trashfire and keeps showing it as me not having Sims 4 installed or owned I figure I'd post what works for me every time I load it and it's missing (which is all the time now). Go to the 3 lines top left. Choose "Help". Then try "restart app" this usually fixes it for me. If it doesn't you can do the "app recovery" and that should fix it if the other stuff didn't.

I had that sleep problem and I don't even have for rent. I think it is a bug that came with one of the recent updates.

It's not that the room containing the heater and fuse box is locked... it's that there is no door!!! That's why she can't get there without teleporting!!

The Wishing Well can help you bring her back.

You're hilarious! For me, the rent is paid on the 7th day from tenant moving in, depending rental period. If 4 day rental, then 4th day after and so on. I noticed when I did a 3 day lease and finally got the rent payment. I won't hold my breath, Dine Out-broken, Wedding Stories-broken, For Rent-broken. It's a shame because I enjoyed building restaurants, but they never worked. Fights would break out, the sims would be nosey and never sit, food is served 6 hours later. For the price of these packs, they should work. It's annoying af!

The rent bug is like the opposite of a long-standing bug I’ve had on off-grid lots. Basically I still get bills on off-grid lots, even though I’m not supposed to, if I’m away from the lot past the time bills are due - this bug is the opposite where you only get paid rent when you’re away! This game is so broken. 😂

ONLY 15 reward and aspiration traits ? My current Sim can't buy any new traits despite having about 50000 satisfaction points available. Three more ways to bring a dead Sim back to life without cheat : 1) Become a spell caster. Learn the master level untamed magic spell of resurrection. Give the Spooky trait to the lot and wait for the ghost to show up, add the ghost to the family, or cast revenance on the grave/urn to summon the ghost, and cast the resurrection spell. 2) Complete the Master Chef, cook some Ambrosia and have the ghost eat the Ambrosia. 3) Top out your writing skill and write a Book of Life. Dedicate the book to the dead Sim and have him read the book. An aloof cat have MUCH less risk of running away. Same if the cat is lazy.

Im running a bunch of separate rentals in my game and so far I have not had the mold problem. Why is that I wonder? I also only seen the maintenance routine only once and it never came back again

Omg everytime i load in my game,every dang townie spawns in my sims house 🙄🤬 its so annoying thank god i have mccc mod i can easily make them leave without a fuse . Definitely for rent packs fault. Never had townies do that before til i got the rent pack. And yes if u place a grill in shared area, the tenants will constantly make food and leave it to spoil 😮‍💨

Not only is it stupid that you as a tenant can raise the unit rating, but also: if you add valuable furniture or amenities in your own unit the rent goes UP because it's more valuable overall, even though those are your things you added! so yeah, at least for rent is realistic in the sense of screwing the tenants over :)

aparently there is solution for not getting paid ,has something to do with partitions of house ,which are assigned as whos and which are shared . someone shown what do to ,i cannot remember who was it,i do care much as i will only buy this when its 50% off or more . but something about dividing house and making it one again fixes it .

I'm getting paid regularly. It's actually not running so bad on PS5. Couple of glitches for me. I got the billion simoleon rent, but that was before I had even moved tenants in - it was a test build, the lot broke completely and I had to load a previous save. A couple of irks; I don't care if tenants break their lease, but don't complain about your rental experience being 'less than satisfactory' when your apartment is 5 star. Just a little bit immersive breaking. There could have been better texts, imo. Just say you're broke, jerk 🤭 Also the grace period timing is odd. That's a minor gripe. I like griping 😁

the patch has destroyed my game lol keeps crashing, can-t do anything, build mode and changing lot types doesn-t work, my lot was corrupted by making it a residential rental, so yeah don-t buy or even update if you can avoid it
