Cerave is a lifesaver! I have pretty much the same routine with some retinol as well. Just one tip about the paper towels. I actually use one of those small washcloths (not a face towel technically) and change it everyday. I think you can grab a pack of 5-7 washcloths at Marshall’s or homesense for under 15 bucks. You just throw them in with your towels in your laundry (if you do it weekly it works perfectly) and save those paper towels

I'm a girl! But I also use cerave products, is the SA lotion too harsh for your face? Or are you a bit more oily so it doesn't dry you out!! Love your vids even if im not your target demographic!!! :)

The amount of sunscreen, or lack thereof, that you use is nowhere near what you should be using. It should be about two finger length, in order for it to be effective and prevent skin cancer. With The amount you applied, you might as well not use it and save that money up for the chemo. I’m being facetious here but it’s true, bro.
