There is no way that bacon is fully cooked...anytime you want to roll bacon over or inside something, its beat to cook it almost all the way but still "chewy" then roll it and bake it...only.way to get done good bacon.

I found it better to cook a pound of bacon and crumble it first and sprinkle lt on first. No rubbery chewy stuff.
