My late uncle was a Hollywood extra and had the pleasure of working with Redd Foxx and Della Reese in "Harlem Nights". He said that some of the scenes between Redd and Della would cause the director to close the set because everybody would be cracking up.

I remember watching this show with my dad all the time! Lol I was probably like 6 or 7…I was only a little kid. The one episode I remember my dad laughing the hardest, was that last clip “gorilla cookies”! He used to use some of Fred’s lines all the time! Man, I miss my dad but I have some really great memories growing up and watching Sanford & Son with my dad.
