I had a similar experience once. I was in Mammoth and me and my brother (we’ll call him Joe) were walking around the woods at night. I’m not going to go into detail about why we were there but long story short we start to hear my grandma calling out to us. At the time though my grandma had a broken leg and could barely walk so it was weird. We hear the thing start to get closer to us and Joe says “Fucking run” so we booked it out of there. Once we got out of the woods Joe said that he looked back and whatever was chasing us was huge and definitely not human. Let’s just say I never went in those woods again

One of my friends is concerned that my Cat is a Skinwalker bc she had thumbs, but given how much physical, photo and video proof I have of my house being haunted af, I think a Skinwalker is the least of our worries lol, especially since Mindy is amazing emotional support

so i love i’m the woods, deep in the thick woods. It never really bothers me because the worse that happened was a bobcat on our front porch or a coyote by our house. But my friend came over and she liked going into the woods. So during the night we went into the woods and deep into the woods we heard “come closer dearies, i’m not gonna hurt you….. come closer….come closer!” and the we heard “come here!!”. so we booked it out of there 👍🏻

I had a somewhat similar experience, except I was camping with my classmates ;-; Story: In late August/early September of 2023, all the middle schoolers (there’s only about 100 of us and we are all split up into groups of 15-ish people) we’re going on the beginning of the year camping trip we always go really deep into the mountains (by turquoise lake, Colorado). On the second night we were up there, I woke my friend up because I had to go to the bathroom and it was night so we needed to take a bathroom-buddy with us so we don’t get lost. On the way to the bathroom, my friend starts whistling ;-; I told her to stop because that’s how you call to skinwalkers. As I said that, we both heard our teacher call our names, but she was asleep when we left for the bathroom. On the way back to our tent, we heard a low whistling noise. I had already started to feel uneasy, but when we heard the whistle, we froze in our tracks. A few moments later, we heard the trees rustle and twigs snap. At that point, I was ready to throw up I was so scared. I literally whispered “fuck no, let’s run.” and we *absolutely booked it* turns out the teacher was still asleep when we got back to the tents, and a couple of kids from another group had a similar experience. Except, they claim to have seen it and said it wasn’t human, or an animal they recognized, and it was pretty big. I’m still a little scared of walking to the bathrooms while camping lol

Here’s my story: Okay so for a little background context we live in a house connected to a big hill and a VERY big backyard with a barn at the bottom of the hill ( our house was at the top of the hill) So my dad went to take a bath and he usually takes awhile so I decided to go down to the barn and mess around in there a bit. There was another tiny hill that was behind the barn connected to some small woods. My dad was taking a bit longer than usual and I decided to go back up to see what was taking him so long since he said he would call me. But after I left the barn I hear, and I kid you not, HIS VOICE calling my name from behind the barn. “He” said: “hey (my name) come here” And I got a VERY bad feeling like I was being watched so I ran up the hill as fast as I could after hearing wrustling bushes. He was up there sitting on the couch. I have more stories so let me know if you want to hear more

Me And My Friends Had A Semi Similar Experience, We Were Out Hanging At The Park Near My Friends Building, May I Say It Was Dark Out, No One Around, And Behind The Park Was All Forest, My One Friend Usually Liked To Mess Around With Us So He Started Whistling Because Aparently That's How You Can Attract Skin Walkers. Only Like A Few Seconds Later, We Heard A Whistle Coming From The Bushes, But It Was Lower And Sounded Creepy, The Friend That Did The Whistle First Was Talking When This Happened, Do When He Heard It He Even Looked Freaked Out A Little, Me And The Other Friend Kept Saying We Should Leave, But The Friend That Whistled Wanted To Continue, So He Did It Again, And No Suprise, The Low Creepy Whistle Returned His Call, But It Was Closer, In The Bush Line, At This Point, The Creepy Whistle Continued, Slowly Getting Closer, And That's When Me And My Friends Dipped, We Sat At My Friends Apartment Looking At The Woods, We Swore We Kept Seeing A Figure, An Animal Of Some Sort, Staring At Us, We Got Freaked Out And All Went Home.

I’ve encountered a skinwalker once, here’s my story. So I was at home, I live in Indiana which is also relatively wooded, I was just sitting on my couch watching tv when I saw my 16 year old sister, Emma walk up the stairs, this was completely normal as she switches between her dad’s, and her mom’s, (our house) on Thursdays and it was a Thursday. She had all of her bags as usual, looked completely normal so I thought nothing of it! I said, “Hi Emma!” But she said nothing. She didnt turn her head, just kept walking straight into her room. I thought maybe she had a bad day so I went into my room to sleep as it was 10:00. I woke up about at 2:00, I had no idea why but I had a very strange feeling like I was being watched. I left my door open to sleep bc it was winter and my room was very cold. I saw a head with very messed up porportions staring at me from the bottem right corner of my door frame. As soon as our eyes connected it retracted into the darkness, I nearly pissed myself and hid under the covers as I was only 9. After 5 seconds I decided I wasn’t tryna to die, and I stood up and made a run for it downstairs. As I was running, I looked back and absolutely nothing was there. I didnt stop and ran downstairs to my mom’s room and woke her up. I told her what I saw and I realized Emma was still upstairs! I warned my mom that emma was still upstairs and it was gonna get her, my mom looked at me very confused and said that emma was still at her dad’s and never came home. I said, “ are you sure? I just saw her upstairs a few hours ago?” She said yes I’m positive, and we facetimed her. She was in her room at her dad’s and said “Are you guys okay? It’s very late.” My mom explained and after we hung up, me and my mom both heard something say “mom..” in my sister’s voice right in the living room. There was no way it could’ve gotten down the stairs without making noise because I had very creaky stairs and we would’ve heard it. My mom locked the door to her bedroom and I slept with her. We then looked in Emma’s room the next day and she had obviously never came.

I’m convinced my dog is a skinwalker. Yk how you can look at an animals eyes and say ‘those look off’? It’s cuz ur relating them to the human eyes you regularly see. He has human eyes. He is EXTREMELY smart for a dog. He will watch tv and if we show a video of say, dogs practicing the roll over trick, even of he’s never done it or practiced, he will ace it first try. And he has an ‘old soul’. As a puppy and now, nothing scares him, he is always calm. The worst part is sometimes when he sleeps in my room, I’ll wake up the the faint ending of my name, or have weird dreams.

I also had something similair so i was going to my aunt to get some apples and its like almost the last house so i go and then my sis sees deer then i take a step and then they all stop and uneasly stare at me so we RAN as fast as we could and got there my cousin was there but no one else so i stayed until my aunt came and then she took us home in her car. Lets say i never went back out my house in nighttime

I had an experience exactly like this, but is was two voices, mine and my now ex-girlfriend’s, now y’see, my now ex-girlfriend was in Austria at the time, visiting family, and I was not speaking due to how I had lost my voice. And the voices were right outside my window, I was home alone, and I live in the middle of nowhere where forest cabin, so I was like, “Oh hell naw, may God and Satan save me now” and I booked it, hopped onto my dirt bike and made like a leaf and left. I got to the neighbors, all the while voices and the sound of one or two things following me. I heard it at my neighbors all through the night until around 7 am. Haven’t seen or heard from my ex-girlfriend since that night.

One day i was walking back from my friends house and we didnt live to far away so i was walking to my house alone in the dark and i thought nothing of it but it was dark so i wasnt gonna walk hom the short way which was near a forest so i walk the the long way. As i start to walk on the sidewalk ofter crossing the field I HESR DOUBLE FOOTSTEPS. Im literally thinking to myself whats the heck is that? But i dont look behind myself. I hear the footsteps getting a little closer so i see a car is about to turn into the neighborhood and so i take out my phoneand pretend im calling my brother and im just like "Yeah i see you turning in now" the footsteps go away and i hear them running away as the car is turning into the complex i look towards the forest I SEE SOMETHING ON ALL FOURS RUNNING INTO THE BUSHES i booked it inside. Like i swear. I havent really told anyone this story yet and it was really scary. But im ok now Thx if you read this all ❤
