Dogs showing you the way in Gokarna is a real thing! On this stretch of Gokarna, Half Moon Beach to Paradise Beach, these dogs will escort you till your destination. This happened with me and with so many other people I know. Gokarna is magic!

I made 2 treks with a Trekking team called Incredible Karnataka, We stayed in Pragati resort..and the beach is called Nirvana..we trek 5 Km crossing Aghanashini river then start trek from Belkan beach and reach Paradise , half moon (guess there is full moon as well but smaller beach in between)and then Om Beach...then returned post lunch back to our Nirvana beach...

I have been visiting this place since 1992. Many times. There is nowhere more beautiful. When I have the freedom to be anywhere, Gokarna is the first place I think of.

You should visit Mahabaleshwar Temple akka... It was very closer to the main beach.

Even I've been to Gokarna 🧡what a beautiful place surrounded by nature and beaches

Isn't Gokarna a holy place where there is Shiva temple. The story about Ravana and Ganesha and Ravana famously try to move shiva linga and he couldn't able to which is why the shape of linga looks like ear of a cow. Read this in childhood somewhere but very lesser tourist visit the temple in gokarna. Very few have even idea about it. Nice vlog though.

The trek to the paradise beach is a bit taxing, so be sure to do it in the morning and when there is no rain. Wear trekking shoes to avoid cutting yourself on sharp rocks. But it is worth the effort!!

The dogs on the way to trekk are actually a real thing,i recenlty went to gokarna and saw experienced the same
