Thank you Chrissy. You've overcome so much from your past and it helps to know that the turning point was to fix your eyes on Jesus and trust in him. I know he hears us when we cry out in sadness and despair. Having come to faith 8 years ago as an adult, I see very clearly how my life was before Christ and how much more peaceful it is with Christ. I'll continue to Pray for you and your husband. ❤

Hi Chrissy, thanks for sharing your testimony. It helps to feel not as lonely in this battle. I'm in the beginning stages of being diagnosed with ADHD and have suffered from depression and anxiety for 15 years now. I'm wondering if you have any videos talking about medications for mental illnesses. Ive just been prescribed meds and am curious about another perspective on it

I don’t have a video specifically dedicated to meds. I do talk about them some in a few videos. For the record, I am on meds and have been for years. I’ve been on my current meds for 5 years I guess. I think meds are a great option after you have tried other things… example, my cholesterol was up and they wanted to put me on meds. I asked them to retest me in 6 months and began working on my health. Bloodwork came back normal. Meds will help with about 30% of mental health ( according to my dr and that may be specific to me ) so that’s 70% I had to change on my own. Ask questions and understand the meds, don’t feel bad for taking them ( we don’t condone cancer pts, heart pts, etc ).

Yes I do. I think it’s at an all time high. The devil is running rampant in this world today and wearing people out. I’m past the point of exhaustion at the moment and he is attacking me 24/7. I know better days are coming and I am aware of his attack… that doesn’t make it much easier but yes… it is strong right now.
