I ended up bulimic when I went through the worst of my PTSD: simply lost interest in eating. 2 -3 small meals a month

What do you do for work?

Hope you saw all the grt comments under your last vlog Matt. Plsed you are on again. You looked after 3 babies at one time - amazing. How do you feel now - you look grt ? You show clips of you working out but mentally how are with your eating - know you are dealing with alot but hope the exercise/eating is going well. Do nice things for yourself Matt when poss you so deserve to obvs your busy with the children. Just to say big fan of Anna she has been through so much & then lots of trolling because of what she does for a living. I think she appears to be a grt mother - look how the family help Edie - amazing. Also look at the woman stunning reminds me of JLo so without doubt she has encountered many many awful people based on their jealousy - I can just imagine. So plsed you are friends I feel the friendship was meant to be. Stay strong & take no blip from anyone.
