Hi, thank you for sharing your story. I can only imagine how hard it mustve been for you. I felt anxiety in your voice, which gave me anxiety. I hope you can share more about the positive messages that you've recieved. What made things easier for you? What helped you get through the dark times? What specific mental exercises you've done to overcome the dark experiences? Do you think it is your own fear that is being presented to you as dark entities? What is the best way to approach these dark moments?

Thank you for your comment. It means a lot. Talking can still be hard sometimes but it is really nice to be able to communicate better now.
