Vegan lunch prep ideas: I'm temporarily remote so I do get to cook now (yay) but I used to make these meals for lunch. 1. Oven roasted broccoli and potatoes with rosemary, olive oil, and SnP. I would use my protein as either the beyond meat sausage link or a taste veggie burger (gardein spicy black bean!). Throw it in the oven at 400F for 20 min and I make enough so that usually gets me 3 lunches. 2. Lazy Mac and cheese. Take your favorite vegan Mac and cheese and while the macaroni is being made, I sautee my favorite veggies to go with it. (usually peas, broccoli, mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers). I mix that all in one and add either BBQ sauce or buffalo sauce. I bring along half an avocado as well. This can also make me 1-3 meals depending how many veggies I make. 3. Chickpea pasta (I use banza)with marinara sauce and Vegan meat balls. I usually use the gardein meat balls but whole foods has a vegan meat ball too. 4. Vegan curry. Roast frozen stirfy veggies in the oven at 400F for 20 min. While that's baking, boil some cut potatoes. When the potatoes are done, I add in the stirfry veggies and add in the Golden curry cubes with water until the desired consistency. I will also make white rice or quinoa with this. Also makes 3 meals for me... But sometimes the curry stains my teeth so I bring along a toothbrush :D I hope these help!!!! This was very therapeutic to watch!

I really enjoyed watching this because it gave me motivation to clean my own house 😆 but for reals, it was very relaxing especially with the music you chose

For lunch I do chick pea wraps! I cook chick peas in a pan with whatever seasoning and then put them in a tortilla with lettuce, cucumber, bell peppers and vegan ranch!

You can use tofu and do it all in the crock pot. Add spaghetti sauce to it. Let it cook all day on medium heat. I am in love with your adorable cat lol! Orange one! Both of cute! I make a chickpea “tuna” salad. You can put it in a sandwich or eat just like that. Just mash up some chickpeas and dress them as you would a regular tuna salad.

just a warning: be sure you clean the cover of the rice maker thing, I saw a guy who opened his and it had a lot of insects inside, and sometimes they would eat them (that's why they opened), they like to be there bc is warm. sounds fake but it isn't, I saw the pictures, just be safe, love your videos!!!
