As Nigeria destroyed the educational system to keep their citizens in the dark, at least they allowed you to know how to research and read, this is why buhari said Nigeria youths are lazy, the facts about the civil war are in the books written by the same soldiers involved in the act, but they won't read it but will prefer to watch BBNaija with their time. What a wastefull generation.

Disappointed that you think she can't speak / use her voice when your grandma along my/ many other business women in Lagos used their voice against government. Caution ⚠️⚠️⚠️ . Sometimes think before you speak against women/ woman voices.

"Thinking beyond stage one" is a concept popularized by economist Thomas Sowell. It refers to considering the long-term consequences and secondary effects of decisions, rather than just the immediate or most obvious outcomes. It involves analyzing the ripple effects of actions and decisions, anticipating how they might unfold over time, and understanding that what seems beneficial in the short term may not be so in the long term. It's about thinking strategically and considering the broader picture rather than just the immediate gains or losses. The Nigerian professional..

Mr. Anikulapo-Kuti, you have not researched this matter well. The poor will only get a chance to see the water in front of Landmark area. Afterwards, the proposed route returns to the original plan inward away from the coast for most of its route most in Lagos. You should be more supportive when this kind of shenanigans are playing out regardless of who is being affected.
@iyanufelixfagbemi152 ай бұрын
What's so special about dis Landmark sef? Who made the original plan and who changed it? Is it not the government? Landmark is just a business man that employs less than 200 people in that location but more than 5m people will benefit from Lagos-Calabar road when completed. On which side are you?
@noanalyst2 ай бұрын
@@iyanufelixfagbemi15 why don’t you ask Lagos state that question. They should know. Up to last year, they were marketing landmark and properties near to it as reasons to visit Lagos. Of course we know what has changed in the last year. Good luck bringing foreign business to Lagos.

Seun I think you have crossed the damn line here. The great Ojukwu lead entire Igbo tribe to die for a course in what he believed in. Which over 50 million of Igbos aligned with him on that. So you can't compare two different kind of people. Fela in my own opinion was a great musician whom I equally enjoy his music too. But comparing both men are totally two different people entirely. Your father lead nobody to war. If your father declared war against Nigeria I bet you only those at Kalakuta which are less than two hundred people would answer him to die for Fela sake. Please Ojukwu still remains a great leader & an icon among the Igbos till today. This is a dude that had everything, but overlooked the wealth of his family to fight a cause just for love for his people. There's no more honor you can take away from great Ojukwu himself. So insulting Ojukwu bcos some people said something about your late father on how he died shouldn't be an avenue to throw cheap punches at the late Ojukwu who has said nothing to you about your late father. Mind you the great Ojukwu burial was attended by a sitting president Good luck Jonathan and your current president Tinubu and other highly placed yoruba elites attended to his open casket in Lagos. Ojukwu was celebrated worldwide in America, London, Japan, South Korea, Germany, France, Italy, China, South Africa, Holland, Singapore, Canada, Brazil, Kenya, Denmark and etc by millions of Igbos worldwide. I remember we celebrated this great man achievement in Houston Texas, Atlanta, California, New York, Chicago, Florida, Baltimore & etc in telling our children about this great man. I think you really underestimate the great Ojukwu achievements. Why we all loved Fela bcos of his style of music and how he spoke the truth about the corruption in the country. Fela was closer to the common man & etc. Fela was a great icon in his own perspective, too. But insulting the great Ojukwu is off limits dude. Ojukwu isn't a member of the IPOB, so why your anger towards this great man. Is like some speaking about the yoruba struggle, and I start insulting Awolowo. I don't think it's fair bcuz Awolowo has nothing to do with the current struggle for Oduduwa Republic agitation.

On his behalf, I apologise. Tensions and stakes are high but we all don't want blooshed as we saw hiw America opened doors to many Igbos due to the Biafran war of approx 1965-1967. However, it is the shedding that all existing wars were/are built on.
@BlackConsciousness0072 ай бұрын
Living for nothing is worst than dying for an idea you believe in. The first non fiction books I read as an 8year old boy in Aba 1989 was … because I am involved … written by Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu.. & Nigeria’s Five Majors by Col. Ben Gbulie well authored books … but in these books I realized how ego could ruin a man and a nation … ojukwu was a problem to himself n the Igbo nation . If you deem it fit to lead millions of people into a fight , you should also be able to withstand the consequences of that decision. Millions of igbos died and are still dying based on those decisions.. But he absconded to Abidjan and only to come back and start hustling for Nigerian presidency … federal n state contracts … that was the lowest for me. Only dogs feed on their vomits. There’s something called beliefs, ideas , principles .. Death before dishonor Unfortunately our people don’t read and has very little sense of history because people like Col Joseph Achuzie who single handedly led the Biafran 11th Division should be highly celebrated n not Ojukwu. This is the same trap we igbos are falling for again from uwazuruike to nnamdi Kanu n this new one called ekpa… dealing with emotions and not strategic telepathic political economic social planning other than emotions. We are too smart n strong to be this gullible .. today thousands of our youths are being killed in the south east in the name of esn and IPOB … Revolutionary is not a microphone radio ranting n name calling game… it requires core strategic planning .. I am Igbo and Seun is 💯 on this … My own is not how many people attend which burial… mine is What You Lived For against What you Died For …. Fela lived every single ounce of what he died for … I cannot say the same of Ojukwu and it’s insulting to Fela for any normal truthful person to make comparison of these two. If there can ever be a comparison… it would be Marcus Mosiah Garvey .. Long Live Mama Fumilayo Kuti 👑 Long Live Fela Anikulapo Kuti 🔥 Those wey cap fit … allow them make them wear them Cap … These are two beautiful de tribalised exceptional humans that ever lived . So these unnecessary tribal cards should not be used to distort history here pls …
