For basic/normal services service center of tata is good, but tata is not that great in resolving big or unknown problems, that is my experience 👍

MAJOR SAFETY Issue: Start the vehicle, lock all doors from driver side , start running, Just pull the door handle from rear seat door. Door will open and you will be out of the car, please ask the dealer about this issue

I've been through both situations. Around 2015 to 2018 i happened to visit service stations which are flooded with tata cab vehicles. They will test your patience and such a delay that I had spent more than half a day for job card entry and 1 full day for after service issue. General service me koi dikkat nhi hogi. Jab koi issue aayega car meh toh phirte phirte haalat kharab ho jayegi. If you latch on to service center with good technicians it's not a worry.

Madam did they notice that you hv done extra stereo, power window, remote,steering w.control, projector h.lamp, halogen lamp, many led work, covering tata plastics with orange wrap. please give some photo of where did they install halogen lamp switch and back power window switch.? Did they mention anything battery over load.
