So if you perfectly execute electric, you will launch an opponent so high as if electric was a starter launcher. You need to put your f input into 1 frame, as well as neutral/down input, since electric animation after f+2 takes 11 frames (but thanks to buffer, you can press f early). This and Reina's CH to PEWGF are considered to be the hardest combo starters.
