Not to worry, the current this can provide is not enough to be that dangerous. Hurts like hell but won't do any real damage. The wire itself is extremely well insulated too

@@spectrofreak9988 if it had enough current I wouldn't have seen this video, but be careful what you do even if it is isolated enough, you can still touch it by mistake, it happened to me too. take care of your life!

nicee do u have the 2 ballasts ouputs in parallel going to the primary coil?

Now THAT would be scary! Nah, one ballast is a 2-lamp ballast and the other is a 4-lamp ballast. The 4-lamp ballast is what drives the "scary HV" setting. Both ballasts are wired directly to the primary coil though a DPDT relay so they don't feed back into each other
