I think a lot of people wish it would just disappear forever, but it's AGS's attempt at keeping you busy with content while paying for it. I also think it's like collecting cards, but you get all the worthless ones that are equal to less than you paid for the pack.

Imagine complaining about lack of PVP content for 3 years and this is what you get. And being the hosts for a conference about communicating with your community and making better games, not sandwiches in the kitchen.

As a newish player, i feel the same way when it comes to getting artifacts sometimes.

I felt this post…. I took a month long hiatus, and came back for season 5. As a certified Bow player; I’m disappointed. My arrows are flying towards the 2024 solar eclipse; even the easiest of shots at point blank range. Makes no sense.

Oh, they are busy adding more cash grabs while people wait for real content. You must be new and haven't reached end game, oh wait there isn't one, but plenty of ways to pay to find out.

I believe same devs also working on other games. Lets not expect better things :)

@@mattmanzano51 lol well i decided to play anyways and just questing, getting re-familiar. got my mount quest done. everything is feeling good so far. we'll see what happens when i try pvp or expeditions. i actually had a short queue time to even join server yesterday which is good to see engagement but still sad about the server cap. seeing a lot of people, not just bots has been refreshing

Well, they have been most probably doing it for console release. So, priorities are to blame at this point.

Also if they ever do fresh start again a lot of people make characters and will play the story

It's almost like they value the new customers willing to pay, rather than the veterans that already dished out the cash. And they are also laying the groundwork to capture more gullible console players willing to find out the hard way.

I agree, however not entirely 0 reason... 200g per run per player generates a bit of gold for 1 minute of combat, especially if you farmed the orbs or orb materials. Players have always underestimated how fast this gold can rack up if you can get in a group where someone is trying to get to burn through 20-50 of their orbs. Next, the set of some extremely rare animated housing decorative trophies to farm there. I've personally only gotten 1 out of 3 drops after over 1250 tracked clears since quarter 1 leaderboards. Lastly, the three sets of leaderboard titles and capes. The arenas have also long been used as an incredibly fast spot to powerlevel new accounts, granting immense xp per kill. But yeah, some fresh gear wouldn't hurt! And If they are going to stick with the non-instanced style of open world arena, could have also highly benefited by adding a group queuing system with the introduction of the artifacts.

@@sliimcracker I have, I still am. Yes the game is not doing too great. Simple answer is : Koreans find the game not P2W enough and not grindy enough. So a majority of the playerbase is global players playing with high ping on servers in Korea. It still held from december to early this mounth so that's really not too bad ! Now the Closed Global Beta happened and most of the global players just played the CBT and will wait for global release now. IMO It's finaly a good MMORPG, there's still room for improvement ofc but overall game is great and fun.

@@funkix60 nice, I played the CBT for a bit, I typically dont play Betas much because I find it silly to dump a ton of time into something that’ll just get erased on launch. From my experience though, the CBT was pretty well executed and I was met with minimal issues in terms of launch so that was neat to see. It’s definitely a game I’ll get a few good months out of if anything.

It's also quite pathetic how they treat their customers that all paid! They do not answer to anything, they laugh off legitimate concerns from the community in their videos, their QA/QC is absolutely pathetic and their management and team need to be replaced from top to bottom. I never wish a mans job to be taken, but we are to that point. Enjoyment has turned into frustration and disappointment.
