I'll tell you why Sillage video is now THE video - it's because of the sheer amount of honesty, passion, and flow you have in it. It's not the fragrances, it's your knowledge, standpoint, and most importantly - the way you presented those. With confidence, in a definitive, concrete way, very personally and confidently. That's why, in my opinion.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, your passion for Creed did make that Sillage video the best. I go back and watch it regularly even though I own the fragrance. Total masterpiece of a fragrance review and still my favorite. Oh and "From Here to There" was excellent! I can't wait to see your next film project! I did find myself wanting more!

Montblanc Explorer was one of the few great frags that I discovered by myself. I was at my local Army PX sniffing frags, and way apart from the frag shelves was a little table with Montblanc Explorer by itself. I got curious and sniffed it. I loved how it smelled, but wasn't gonna pay the $80 for it. I didn't make a connection to my 17N01 and 17Q11 batches of Aventus until I received my bottle from FragranceNet. It is very similar to Aventus, but also very different. For me it's obvious that it's an interpretation. It's no coincidence. Montblanc clearly wanted to make something that smelled like an Aventus batch. If it was payback for Creed making Original Santal after Individuel, that was a success. 😄

I'll say this about Mont Blanc Explorer (which I own) - a few years ago I was in a fragrant/perfume store looking for a new scent that I can add to ny collection. I wanted something compelling, different, invigorating and manly. I'm not a huge fan of sweet perfumes and or overly spicy perfumes. Not a fan of powdery perfumes, either. I tried many Chanels, BOSS', Diors, Raban (I actually really like One Million, but I already owned it) Kenneth Coles, even a few Tom Fords - and outside of the Tom Ford, many of them smelt cheap...really, really cheap. But I know they weren't. I tried others as well, ranging between $100 - $400 for a 100ml bottle. Some of them I enjoyed, many of them I didn't. I was just about fed up, and was making my way out, when the Mont Blanc bottle caught my attention... "Interesting bottle", I thought to myself... I picked up the bottle, popped the cap, smelt under the cap and instantly fell in love. I sprayed on a strip of paper and sniffed again; I was hooked! Absolutely hooked! When I looked at the price, I was shocked it was only $55. It, to me, smelt better than fragrances costing 5x, 6x, 7x, 8x even up to 10x the price. Needless to say, I left with a bottle and I use it to this day. My wife loves it even more than I do.

Blind bought Hermes for my girlfriend last christmas. She broke up with me week later. Not your fault though :D. Thank you for your work

I blind bought these on your recommendation and love them all: All Saints - Sunset Riot, Dior - Homme, Boss The Scent - Absolu, Hermes - Eau De Merveilles, Creed - Royal Oud, Strangers - Salted Green Mango and Baldessarini - Ultimate. I'm sure there are others but that's what came to mind!

Milestone is what's up man! The performance is incredible on me.

The #1's are no surprise. Armaf have captured magic in a perfume bottle, especially with Milestone (Sillage is a bit too 'strong' and it makes the scent profile much less classy than SMW). MI is what started my obsession with fragrances. I had a gold plated 120ml battle back in 2005 or 2006, and it was the best smelling thing I've ever put my nose to. The salty watermelon completely blew my mind, and for whatever reason, my bottle was nuclear. I'd still smell it on clothes 2 days after spraying. I've been on the hunt for that ever since. New MI in the 100ml bottles is a joke. I've learnt to like some batches, but it's a completely different fragrance to the old stuff. I have 2008, 2010, 2014, and a 2016 120ml vintage bottles and they STILL aren't what my first bottle was like. Then I tried Milestone and ... wow. It was like I was transported back in time. The opening was exactly what I was after, I was totally gobsmacked. It's obviously not as good quality/not as smooth, and about 2 hours after spraying I get this synthetic metallic smelling undertone that persists throughout the drydown, but I don't care. For this price, and that opening, Milestone is a 10/10 for me.

George I've got to say a big thank you for getting me switched onto Dior Homme Original. I've had mine 2 years now and absolutely love it. Can't believe it doesn't get as much hype as the Intense or Parfum versions. Same for both Cdnm Milestone and Sillage. Both amazing summer Frags as is Sunset Riot. Think I'll have to buy a bottle of Bvlgari Man in Black now as well🤬🤬👍👍

I wish I saw what you saw in Millesime Imperial. It's definitely pleasant, but it comes across like a candied, fruity dryer sheet to me. It also doesn't smell that different in terms of quality compared to a body spray I might find at Bath & Body Works. Overall I've been more unimpressed than impressed by Creed's fragrances, so maybe it's just me. And my intention here is not to shame you for loving it, I'm genuinely happy for you for finding a fragrance that means so much to you. And I'm sure there are fragrances I adore that people would scoff at.

I have sillage and milestone. They are long lasting on my skin 8+ hours after maceration. I appreciate them and keep them as the frag gems. Tom Ford black orchid parfum is also long lasting on my skin and i wear it today.

I think your secret about Millesime Imperial is that it is wearing a face mask but is actually the same as Green Irish Tweed in the drydown. Both are citrus in the top, violet in the middle and sandalwood in the base. The face mask is that MI has a salty oceanic opening whereas GIT opens more like fresh laundry and therefore appears more blue than green.

I bought Victorian tobacco after watching your segment on it. Absolute masterpiece, it's definitely not a people pleaser it's very well defined and powerful. I personally love it and I'm so glad I grabbed a bottle before ash discontinued it.

Man in Black for me it's such a solid scent for the colder weather without being juvenile. I've watched Royal Oud scent story video ad nauseum, and I've been hunting down a bottle for myself.

Wore ARMAF Sillage and Milestone exclusively the last 8 days while on vacation in Mexico, both were phenomenal.

I dunno. Due to the video on Armaf Sillage I blind bought it. Got it today and honestly am not too thrilled about it. Smells like stale, shy lemons. I'll give it some time and I hope it pulls a Dior Homme on me and I get to smell the stuff everyone else is talking about. It's frustrating, sometimes I feel as there is either something wrong with my nose, Something wrong with the batch that I got or that I am being gas lit. Love your content either way. Cheers!

Creed MI is much better than Aventus. Any of the usual suspects from Creed prior to 2007 are better than Aventus. When Aventus was born and I'm at the Saks fragrance counter smelling it, I was like, "what is the hype?" Doesn't work for me.

I have to say between George and Dan from #waftsfromtheloft - they turned me on to Prin's #SaltedGreenMango. I LOVE THIS ❤️ so hard. It's the proverbial s**t. Best Spring / Fall frag and such a brilliant take on sea salt / cutting into mangos and tropical vibes. 👌 Thanks George for being you!

I really like Explorer, I don't like smoky fragrances much. Aventus is good but the smoke just doesn't jive, mostly because I smoked cigarettes for a while. I didn't get it because it was an aventus clone, in fact when I first tested it and got it I didn't know that Explorer was trying to be like Aventus nor would I have ever come to that conclusion myself (it's missing both the smoke and pineapple which are the two most prominent scents from Aventus). Likely why I like Explorer, it's basically Aventus but takes out the most offensive thing to my nose, the smoke.

The fragrances I bought because of your videos are sunset riot, man in black, tobacco vanille, milestone, eau des merveilles and mon oasis and they've all been pretty much brilliant. Only mon oasis i'm still on the fence about, it's masterful perfuming and smells just like you've been rolling in a lavender field but I don't often feel like I want to smell like that. Maybe in some warmer weather

JPG Le Male Le Parfum. If a fragrance makes you completely change your mind like that, making you come out with a different pov like you did, than it must be something interesting... And it is!

A vast majority of your recommendations I've ended up buying. Sunset Riot, Ombre Leather and Stronger with You are probably my top 3. Man in Black however, I just don't get. It smells like shower gel to me. Luckily it was gifted to me after my mum went through the duty free at the airport and I threw out an on the spot frag after she text me. If I'd have been there to smell it, it wouldn't have been bought. Which is surprised me considering how you'vr raved about it.

I think homme is better smelling than intense. But the performance is so poor, I'd never buy it. Same with allure sport: Love the smell but no longevity. In fact I don't get much from intense nor milestone. You'd be mental to pay for miliseme... Or loaded, I guess
