I bought Chlrophyll in a herbal capsule form, but it has Nopal, Bladderwrack, Tila and Nettle. It has 112 mg if each herb per capsule. Do you know if its safe for pregnancy?

Dr Berg has a video detailing herbals to avoid if you're pregnant ....stinging nettle is one.
