Another great vid lads, We do a lot of similar training with Master Ernest here in Cardiff. I find that that when you do free spar after this style of training, I can get in to “the flow” almost instantly and not having to think about specific combos or counter attacks, they become one thing and my counters come off my attacks naturally, and then continue back to me attacking forward. 👍🏼🥋 For me they work much better as drills are unrealistic sometimes, as if someone would walk through a reverse hand, into a check side kick and then a back kick and still come forward.

Wow, really great ideas. I've been trying new ways to introduce counters and angles with students and lvl. 1 seems to be very effective. Always look forward to FCF videos!
