My ULTIMATE Beginners Guide To Rocket League. Today I am bringing you my first complete beginners guide to rocket league. This video is covering basic mechanics, beginner mechanics, beginner tips and how to improve in rocket league as a beginner. The idea of this beginner rocket league tips video is to help not only those of you out there who are getting the hang of the game but to help a lot of the new free to play players who are just getting into rocket league for the first time. The channel will be posting a few more beginner tutorial type videos to make sure that we can cater to the beginner players coming into rocket league for the first time.
Learning to play rocket league and understanding how to improve in rocket league in general is what this channel is all about, and so I felt it was about time to bring that kind of tutorial and guide type of content to the channel aimed at rocket league beginners.

Thanovic its fine making the videos but like you should use them too in ur own gameplay instead of being a hypocrite, Also when new players start they dont have the motivation to play so they choose to learn the fun mechanics,

@@symphlies8696 I don’t if you still playing the game or you still struggling but try the new game mode in the season 7 heatseeker🤷♂️it helped me be a good aerial goalie (but not a good shooter😔) but I don’t care cuz you like me the only thing we need is just to know how to heat the ball while in the air😂👍

One MASSIVE tip for all the lower rank players: Don't use your boost when you're already supersonic!

@@Golden-ul7js yeah ofc, but it's incredibly important to start thinking about boost management from the start. Otherwise it becomes a bad habit. But you are right, I see it in C3 too

Advice for the new: the higher the rank the higher the comfort in the air. Depending on which game mode you choose you like more 1’s, 2’s, or 3’s speed in the air is the best skill to practice alongside player adaptability in solo Q. And what I mean by player adaptability is YOUR personal ability to read what your teammates are doing and what your opponents are doing as well. NEVER try to take the ball away from your teammate. This is called double committing. When 2 players go for the ball at the same time leaving the rest of the field open. From bronze to platinum double commits are frequent. If you can manage to give your team space during a game and have patience then your team will have more structural integrity than the opposing giving you the advantage. REMEMBER THIS. Scoring 30,000 goals in 1 minute is not a viable strategy to playing well. Just because you can score 3-6 goals in 2 minutes doesn’t mean you can defend the 7-9 goals being scored on you. DEFENCE IS KEY. That’s all. And good luck to all you new ones out there don’t get tilted over losses just learn and keep going!

Rezire i learned that sometimes teammates can actually be holding you back, i was c1 for a while when i used to solo queue before i started queueing with my friend who was also c1 and we pretty much instantly hit c2, he actually passed the ball and trusted me instead of ballchasing like an idiot, so yea people who say solo queue teammates never hold you back can be wrong

Well if u wanna just play casual you will still get better from sheer experience, I like 1v1s it’s a little better than practice since there’s another player, but it will teach u shooting and defending and you’ll get better at both quicker

Improving confidence is key in rocket league, because if you stay back it makes your tm8s lives that much harder. The thing is, at the higher ranks, it’s much more rare to see solo plays get goals and you need your tm8 to finish or assist you. In the lower ranks it’s different I guess, but the higher you make it, the harder it will be to stay there with that strategy. It’s all in the mind I guess

hours don't correlate to your rank, i have around 4-5k hours in the game and i'm only c3, now usually comparing hours to pros, you'd think i'd be a gc, maybe even a semi pro, but i'm not cause i have fun with the game, but when i do sweat, i'm a solid c3 player.

oh my god your are so quick and flamboyant I've been playing this game since 2016 and im still garbage I have the want to play this game but I just can't play online games by myself I get bored to quick and its even worse when I get sucked into these videos where everyone flying flipping pinching the ball at like 200 mph so when I start playing I get reminded I'm less than average at the game

I really appreciated this video. Im on my second day of rocket league and plan to work my way through this video and your older video on a bronze training pack. I wanted to know if there is anything else i should do to get better? Im hoping to maybe get to diamond at some point, but for now i want some decent car and ball control

This is one of the first games I’ve been actually bad at (I come from shooter games and like basic rpgs). I’ve really needed a tutorial because I always get mad after doing really bad and quit. I’m watching this at like 10pm so I’ll try these tips tomorrow and see if they work out.
