I LOVE that your uncle disagreed with Seungmin in the "Han can live well wothout Lee Know but Lee Know wouldn't" because even though Han seems more independent and Lee Know is more expresive with him, it was Han who pretty much took LK and said "I like you, I'm keeping you" and never let go. He is the one who strated to refer to Lee Know as his soulmate and Lee Know just went along with it. Is not the fandom who decided to call them soulmates, it was Han himself, and it was before predebuting, which means that it was less than two months since knowing eachother that Han found who he considers his soulmate. 😭🙌

Out of all the idols, Lee Know seems to me the most secure and genuine person. He is absolutely fine where he is at, and doesn't feel the need to prove anything to anyone including his fans, when they ask him to do something he even remotely doesn't want to he just says no. He does a lot of solo lives and still keeps tight-lipped about his personal and emotional life, and that makes me respect him incredibly.

Han has mentioned in other videos that he and Lee Know don't always have to talk, even if they spend hours in the same room doing separate things like watching something on their respective phones. He has also said they don't feel the need to explain themselves all the time, and that their friendship is just instinctual.

I ADORED watching Uncle Harley reacting to this. He seems to get Lee Know's personality in another level and really understand what makes him special. I would actually really like to see him reacting blindly to more LK videos, just without context, he seems to really catch on the little nuances and reasons of why Lee Know behaves the way he does. Also with these kids rooms we can’t forget that they most likely not alone in the room. But have a whole camera team watching them. Hence staying more on the surface and not going to deep at some topics. I think you can see this especially with Chan. When he is alone during Chans room he tends to open up more and be himself while in these episodes he seems (to me) to put up a happy face very aware of the cameras and people around. But this might be just my perspective. But considering the set up, knowing what they’re saying will probably watched by thousands of strangers it’s amazing how much they’re opening up❤

My favorite description of Han that I’ve heard is that he is the most extroverted introvert you’ll ever see. In a lot of ways I feel like Lee Know is the opposite and is a fairly introverted extrovert in that he wants to be with people but doesn’t necessarily want to talk or do something crazy. I feel like it’s one of the reasons that they click so well. It is funny to hear them describe Han as confident in himself. Not saying that Han isn’t but knowing how much he’s struggled with anxiety over the years. Whatever their dynamic is, which honestly is none of our business, I am always happy to see how close they are and how well they get along. Idols go through a lot of stress and pressure and I’m glad that this group loves and supports each other so well in that environment.

Minsung truly found a forever thing in each other and their dynamic is so loved by the fandom because the happiness and comfort they feel around each other is weirdly comforting to witness as well.

It's so interesting to watch a breakdown like this while knowing a lot about these two. Han seems confident and to a certain extent he is now, but he's the most introverted member with the most anxiety going on stage. Han also only has one brother, I believe, and it seems to me that he grew up socialized towards toxic masculinity. I don't think he's had a healthy way to process and communicate his emotions before he joined the band. That's why he was very emotionally volatile when he joined. Probably given how the members have helped him overcome anxiety and whatnot, he's grown closer to them in a way that let's him process and communicate emotions in a healthy way. He's also become very emotionally aware (of himself and those around him) and a lot of times he jokes around in eccentric ways to consciously lift others' spirits which is just about the cutest thing. He also specifically cheers up Lee Know when he's down through humor because Lee Know is less vocal about his concerns and all. Lee Know is very different from Han. He was an only child, so he never really had a close relationship with someone where he could really share everything with them including emotions. His main socialization was through his friends who he communicated with through humor and teasing. It can be hard for people, especially boys, to be really emotionally vulnerable around their friends, especially other boys. He's had close friends, but he always tends to focus on what they do together and the experiences they share rather than their emotional connection. When he first joined on the survival show that created this band, he was anxious too, and Han is very well attuned to those emotions, so he held Lee Know's hand and helped him with the rhythm, and after being eliminated, Lee Know wondered if this time he made a mistake because Han wasn't holding his hand. The survival show was one of the very few times he's cried publicly as well. Because of how Han supported him during his moment of anxiety, Lee Know also comforts Han whenever he's anxious at shows or events. He's the only member Lee Know physically touches a lot. There's skinship with everyone but especially with Han as a way of comfort and closeness. There's a lot of rumors about them, that their flirting or skinship or other behavior points towards a romantic relationship. At the crux of it though, I think what they provide for each other is an emotional safe space that they both really need. There are random clips of them just adoringly gazing at each other. There's so much love there. The amount of emotional support they give each other under that pretense of humor is no small thing. It's really beautiful.

han and leeknow themselves have referred to each other as soulmates many times, which is why the fandom refers to them as soulmates too :) it's amazing to see your uncle end up choosing the same term

It's interesting to see how people read these two as the first time. They see Han as this confident guy who is sure of himself always and they hint at a certain insecurity in Leeknow. But a deeper dive shows how Han is also dealing with anxiety issues and Leeknow is probably the most secure one in the way he doesn't, literally doesn't take crap from anyone, even his fans. Han is really genuine and beautiful, but I feel like there are times he hides his actual self too (understandable given that he's an idol) whereas I never get that vibe from Leeknow, weirdly. But their duo, they compliment each other amazingly well.

I always keep in mind that they know they're being recorded, so even as sincere as they may appear, they are also protecting their friendship in a way. They don't let too much be seen by the viewers. None of them do. So, what we see is just a snippet of what I'm sure is really there. Imagine the conversations they REALLY have with each other when no camera is on.

Lee know has really become more confident in who he is. I would recomment watching one of his lives. I dont remember which one it was but he was in a hotel room and someone asked about dieting, aging and the importance of school and his response was so beautiful. He really inspires me.

Han has too many things to do. He is a bona-fide genius who belongs to his music and to the world. A relationship that demands what would be an average/normal amount of input from him would be too much and eventually be a burden. LeeKnow understands and those few minutes are how he tops up his emotional tank, reassures himself of Han's state of mind and also reminds Hannie that h3 is there if he needs him. LeeKnow also checks up on Chan, Changbin and Hyunjin .... especially Channie who doesn't know how to take care of himself.

It's special and sweet how Han and Lee Know describe themselves as soulmates.

Yes! When you guys said Han doesn't like to go deeper with things, that's really true. This is why many of his members barely really know him. You can realize that in those episodes when they were taking personality tests. Everyone was just very confused and surprised about how Han thinks.

I loved this. It was so nice seeing an outside source 'get' their relationship. One thing I slightly disagree with, though, is that they don't have/need serious conversations. They are both very private people, and this was being filmed for the entire internet to weigh in on. What it felt like to me is that one of them started getting serious, and then the other would pull it back in to keep both of them comfortable with what was being shared. It’s so funny to hear them talking about how Minho just wants to go and spend time even for a second because they also spend all their time together at work. It’s not like a normal life friendship where they don’t get to see eachother during their days because of their work schedules or just life. The fact that they see and spend so much of their time together and Minho still decides to stop at their dorm for a few seconds just to see them is so much more impactful. Then other people have talked about it a lot but Minho is very private about his personal life, and Han is as well but less so. The two of them try not to say a lot, so them being in a room full of crew members watching them talk and potentially telling them what’s ok and not ok to talk about also brings them into having a more surface-level conversation. We know (from other members and themselves from other content and things that happen over the years) that they are both more deep with eachother when they are alone, most of the members are, they just don’t fully want to share that with the crew there. It’s not sharing it with STAY that they worry about, because to some extent during their not supervised lives and bubble messages they share more of that closeness (but still not fully, because again they are very private.)

I am convinced that for Han and Lee Know, their love for one another is not something they want to discuss on camera, so they have alwyas been careful not to get verbally deep when being filmed if they can help it. They also dont do nearly as much skinship as any of the other members who are very close to one another. Or even that Han does, for that matter, with the other members. They used to! Untill something shifted. They they suddenly just stopped. Unless of couse the vrew just edits it all out. Either way, eithe rtheyxare editing it less recently,cor they are starting to do it again... i just know that it feels different now. Before it made me smile, now it actually give ME butterflies. Lol If im being honest, I often get the feeling, and I could be wrong, but i feel the reason that they dont wbat to show or do certain things on camera, is perhaps because they actually mean something to them and they dont wamt to share it with the world. Perhaps, juat mayne, it just feels too private. Because you also gotta remember, there is an entire film crew in ther with them recording that video. Not to mention, i fully believe that they feel that enough of their private thoughts and feelings already escape theough their interactions with one another. In fact, It make me kinda wonder, truly, what your uncle would think about their dynamic if he were to watch a compilation of their interactive moments from their less heavily and actively observed moments, ones from all different points within their last 5 years on camera. I would be very interested to hear how he interprets that, and how he would make sense of the striking difference between what they choose to say here, and how they naturally interact and behave out in their day to day lives. Side note, the company is very carefyl about what they put out there. They have teams of editors who's job it is that cut out anything that, for any reason, they don't want out. I appreciate they do that, because it also means that they allow the members to be and docas they pelase and then deal with making sure that it is ok to release later on. So I'm happy to know the members really are just being themselves, but that means that the members dontnknownwhat will and wont be released, so rhey have to be careful too. Nitcto mention they atil lhave thenstaff they are talkingi n front of, which must be weird as heck too. That sais, im also just glad that they are protected. At the same time, that means that their footage is heavily cut. SPECIALLY anything with Han and Lino. In fact, this two kıds room was so butchered it was hard to follow the conversation. So it's important to remember that if they get too lovey dovey as the Kids call it, it gets cut. In fact, if at any point in that two kids room both of their hands went behind the cough, it got cut. So on and so forth. So when it comes to moments of affection, it will rarely ever be shown. Whether that be verbal or physical. That's why i always say, pay attention to the signs of it having existed in those cuts in the first place. You can usually tell. Just means you start to see and appreciate the smaller signs you once overlooked, became that's all that's allowed. I also believe that speaks volumes for those two. The fact that they can have much more your content cut like that and still have millions of fans be head over heels for the beautiful, one in a million and definitely once in a lifetime, Incredibly rare and all encompassing examples of true love, that you share. Not to mention that I've ever seen in all the years of my very well lived life. They are most DEFINITELY soulmates. Also, I actually think lino was taking what Han said anout soulmates bery seriously in his response. I think it was Han that turned it into a joke because it was such personal territory talk sbout it seriously.

I'm so happy to see this extra indepth look at our favorite Minsung. Hannie is a complicated person for so many reasons. His struggles from pre-debut years and even early debut times were probably a lot for him and we just watched Lee Know take our Hannie under his wing to give him a space to just be Jisung. Not Han from SKZ, same as he gives Lee Know space to just be Minho. If you seriously want to see like deep introspection of Jisung as a person pre-debut to now then you got to watch HyunSung (Hyunjin/Han) 2 Kids Room. Like two of the kings of Paporacha in action 😂😊. Lee Know doesnt even have to say anything and they get each other like thats a bond I can only hope to have one day.

Thank you guys so much. Love hearing your analysis on Stray Kids members. So a bit of reference Soongi, Doong and Dory are Lee Knows cats. He is a big supporter of cats and animals. Han is a lyricist and writes a lot of stray kids songs either by his self or with 2 other members Bang Chan and Changbin. He has a solo song he wrote called Alien. It is a song about feeling out of place like an Alien. Han is such an introvert around new people. Lee Know is also an introvert in a way around new people but doesn't seem to be as much as Han. Maybe he hides it more easily. The part were Han is talking about ride is in reference to a unit song that is Lee Know and Bang Chan have released called Drive. For stay fans this is not something new because we all know that Han is always forgetting his lines, or dance moves or song titles. He was talking to Lee Know about his song but he called it Ride and not Drive which is the correct name. Lee Know was the first one to say they were soul mates. It has been that way since their pre debut days when they had to go through a survival show and Han was always there holding Lee Knows hands because he had less training as a vocalist he wasn't as confident then. Han maybe an introvert but he has sad that when he gets on stage and hears the fans it gives him energy he becomes a totally different person. Han is the one member that can't stand for someone to be hurt. When they were playing a game and Felix lost everyone got to hit the inside of his arm with 2 fingers to make a stinging mark. Han was last and instead of hitting Felix he kissed his arm. Surprised everyone. Also when Felix was eliminated on their survival pre debut show Han was the first one to approach Felix and hug him. He is just a pure heart with a beautiful mind that never stops thinking about things. Lee Know does not like to show affection much he protects his members with out them knowing unless it is Felix. They share a comfortable bond because they were both eliminated before being brought back later to prove they had what it takes to debut. All the guys know that Felix is more of the sensitive one in the group they tend to protect him the most. I could go on about these guys. They fascinate me so much in their brotherhood bond and love to see them laughing and enjoying life. It makes me happy.

I really don't think they could live without each other. When Han has a panic attack Lee know definitely helps him a lot. And same with Lee know's fear of heights.

Thank you for sharing your uncle's thoughts. It was very insightful and interesting to hear. I'm glad he desagreed with "Han can live without LK" because it's very obvious they both rely on each other for so many needs. I always remember that Han called LK his mental tranquilizer. About them not getting too serious, they both often use humour as a shield to not get too vulnerable in front of the cameras. And in general, LK said he doesn't like deep conversations and expresses more with actions than words. That's what he meant in his reply to soulmate question - true soulmates don't need to think about relationship deeply or label it in any way - it just happens naturally and you both understand it. And for Han, there is always so much going on in his head but LK never tries to get into his head or focus Han on it, instead, he distracts him in the best possible way. And that works very well for both of them. I think it's very rare to find someone to whom you can say whatever you want and know they'll understand exactly what you mean.

LeeKnow is a person with lots of things that he can get it done good. He expressed well what he wants and thinks as well. LeeKnow have its own willingness to help others. And his funny sense of humor gives insight on. The SKZ group is all be missing muchly about LeeKnow. With his simply the best ability on work, and bring the best of friendship. This are some of the quality of LeeKnow, and his so amazingly also about his cooking and taking care of others. LeeKnow for me is a great person in and out. With respect, admiration and confident.
