Your hair is loving this combo! IMO your curls looks better and more full when you leave the curls shrunken, rather than stretched (with braids). I'm also experimenting again after cutting my hair and find that I need two gels like you. One for Curl formation, one for hold. So far, Kinky Curly Knot Today topped with Camille Rose Aloe Butter Gel then Camille Rose Curl Maker are working best for me.

I tried the eco styler and the major problem with it is that it flakes. Do you have the same problem or am I just using too much on my hair?

Was your hair wet to begin with? It looks dry. Or did you wash it early and let it air dry? Also does your hair stay moisturised in the cold weather. Here in London it’s getting cold. Cannot keep the frizz at bay.
