My Updated N Scale Layout Tour as of May 2022

*NOTE… first off yes I know the lead unit to the KCS train in my first town is a Tier 4, not dash 9. Just a little mixup.
But anyhow just a full-on updated tour of my N scale model train layout which I believe a handful of you would be interested to see. Plan to have some more running videos coming soon👍🏻.

Thank you! Yep was super fun to scratch build from my imagination & I definitely have some fun on Sunday’s which is normally the day I run my local down to the Industiral lot for switching! Gonna have to post a couple switching vids soon also 👍

Spurs may slowly die, but the spurs in your layout will not for sure. Keep up the good work!

is your engines that you run mostly dc or dcc? (i like your layout)

Thank you! I am mostly just a DC only guy and use 4 different DC power packs to control my 4 main tracks (2 in each city). Out of my 100+ locomotives as I believe I’m over the 100mark now, only 2 of them I think are DCC

@@NscalefromOntario are some of your engines dummy engines? (there is train passing right now seriosly) its edit because 2 minutes ago i put it but now i here the train and see it from my window

@@nicholasfoundyourhouse5079 Hmmmmm, personally I have never bought a locomotive myself directly as a dummy excluding my 10piece TGV High Speed Model which came with 2 locomotives (one powered and a dummy to go on either ends of the train and make it look just like the real TGV High Speed Train in Europe which runs with an engine on either end). I bought that when I went to France with my family when I was 13 in 2013. Other than that, no dummies except a very old Southern Pacific which I bought off eBay when I was grade 6 I think for $10 not knowing it was a dummy. Has the completely wrong couplers also for my track… waste of $10 Got one in CN I may try to convert into a dummy tho just because it’s motor is done & such a old Athearn model where I won’t be able to order a new motor to replace it so think dummying it up is me best option at this state
