I've seen this quite often recently. Shorts are better channel up-pushs than normal YT Videos, which is why some people steal these Videos too. They of course do know that they have stolen these, but they simply do not care. The only thing you can do is to just report them.

A good suggestion I would give you is to put a watermark or something in the video (example: "KreekCraft" at the bottom of the short.), that will help you make more of these without the worry of someone thinking that it's not yours.
