we recognize her voice as female in modern day but it’s deep for a woman’s back then; not to mention she wears men’s clothing, walks like a man and is also tall for a woman. no one expects to see a girl like that so they don’t. question: do you often set expectations for your wife? this is the first video i’ve seen of yours and i noticed it very early on

@@jachyra9 i noticed that; i was addressing the comments of the reactors. the wife didn’t catch on to mizu being female until she heard her voice.

@@JayLeeMediahe points out things he thinks you should pay attention to which sets expectations. if you watched the show on your own, you’d learn to love ringo over time but if someone points out a character they like, you expect to like them too. their development doesn’t get to unfold naturally over time and it creates a bias. and honestly lol, i’m fully aware that it’s no big deal to some people and isn’t even noticeable all the time to the people watching. i always try to avoid spoilers so it’s something i notice but i mean no harm. i was just wondering if it’s something he does.

I think Swordfather does know everything , if he can determine sword stances and attacks by touch then his ears can pick up voice tones. But his blindness gives him plausible deniability and he doesn't want to hear anything that will take that away.
