Hi,
I hope you're having a wonderful Saturday! I wanted to share a new video of my workout routine as I am doing the 4-week challenge. This time, the video is a bit more vlog-style. I always love including you in my rituals and realistic self-care practices. The power Pilates workouts have been amazing for my body; they are low impact and focus on building lean muscle and strength.
For my random bowl recipe, I’ll write it out below! I hope you enjoy this style of video, and I'll see you again next week!

Spinach Salad with Grilled Salmon, Purple Sweet Potatoes, Edamame, Green Onions, and Avocado with Miso Dressing Recipe ( 2 servings)
Ingredients:
• For the Salmon Marinade:
o 2 salmon fillets
o 3 tablespoons soy sauce
o 2 tablespoons honey
o 1 tablespoon olive oil
o 1 clove garlic, minced
o 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
o Juice of 1 lime
• For the Purple Sweet Potatoes:
o 2 medium purple sweet potatoes
• For the Salad:
o 4 cups fresh spinach leaves
o 1 cup shelled edamame (cooked and cooled)
o 2 green onions, thinly sliced
o 1 avocado, sliced
o 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
o Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
• For the Miso Dressing:
o 2 tablespoons white miso paste
o 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
o 1 tablespoon soy sauce
o 1 tablespoon sesame oil
o 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
o 1 teaspoon grated ginger
o 2 tablespoons water (to thin the dressing if needed)
Instructions:
1. Marinate the Salmon:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and lime juice.
2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
2. Bake the Purple Sweet Potatoes:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes, then pat them dry.
3. Wrap the sweet potatoes with aluminium foil and and bake for about 50 minutes, or until tender.* ( I love to meal prep these and have in my fridge)
4. Allow the sweet potatoes to cool, then peel and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
3. Grill the Salmon: Put the salmon for 8 minutes on 380F in airfryer
4. Prepare the Salad:
1. In a large bowl, combine the spinach leaves, cooked edamame, sliced green onions, and cilantro if using.
2. Add the cooled sweet potato pieces and avocado slices.
5. Make the Miso Dressing:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the white miso paste, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey or maple syrup, and grated ginger.
2. Add water gradually to thin the dressing to your desired consistency.
6. Assemble the Salad:
1. Drizzle the miso dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
2. Top with the grilled salmon fillets, breaking them into large chunks if desired.
3. Garnish with sesame seeds if using.
7. Serve:
o Serve immediately and enjoy your nutritious and delicious spinach salad with grilled salmon!
Tips:
• Prepare the sweet potatoes and edamame in advance to save time.

* 1.5 cups Bob’s Red Mill Cassava Flour * 
1 teaspoon baking soda * 
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt * 
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon wet ingredients * 
3 medium extra ripe bananas, equal to 1 1/4 cups well-mashed * 
1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon avocado oil (olive, sunflower or melted/cooled coconut oil) * 
1/3 cup pure maple syrup* * 
3 large eggs * 
2 teaspoons vanilla extract * 
3 tablespoons non-dairy milk of choice (hemp, cashew, coconut, oat, etc.) 1. Mix all dry ingredients 2. Mix all wet ingredients in blender 3. Mix together 4. Bake for 35-45 min on 350F until golden brown

i wonder if Katsu hates the Tesla because of a sensory issue? since dogs can hear different frequencies, he might be hearing a sound that bothers him coming from the electric car

Yay thank you for the vlog Sanne . I always watch your vlogs in the morning with my cup of coffee! And it’s totally OK & valid to feel demotivated from time to time . It’s normal . We can’t always rely on motivaiton to get us to workout . But consistency and discipline is key here . But I just wanna say your new pogramme has helped me tremendously I enjoy doing your strength Pilates without and it made me feel so good afterward! I would like more of these programmes and more upper body PUSH / PULL strength workout & more lower body workout . I’m new to your app and I’m loving it so far . Katsu is so cute!! Looks like he enjoyed the water 😅 you can try giving him his favorite food treat every time he gets into the car, if you are consistent with it he will relate that to the car and maybe begin to enjoy the car rides. It doesn't have to be a lot at once just a tiny treat for him. Thanks for the video. I always enjoy seeing them 🌺

I have that same Alo set and I love the red, too! So fun for summer! Also, my corgi was similar to Katsu forever and didn't like veggies but he came around (especially once we got his little brother corgi who LOVES his veggies.)

I’ve been unmotivated to lift weights in the past month too. Honestly just the thought of lifting 6kg made me throw up. So I listened to my body and only used light weights and did Pilates only. I’m going away next week for my holiday but once I’m back I’m definitely going to do your Power Pilates Program! Thank you being honest always ❤

Hi Sanne. Can you do a video for how to look put together in lounge wear and types of lounge wear for the summers. In winters it's easy to look good in hoodies but in summers its difficult to find the right options that will keep you comfortable but also elegant. You always look so put together and beautiful. ❤❤

Great vlog! That red looks amazing on you! Hilarious that Katsu hates Teslas 😆 Walking is so good for your spine health and mental health as winging the arms actually helps to balance out the brain and eases stress and anxiety. I never feel worse after a walk… wish I had a doggie and a beach!

I just started the challenge and I’m loving it! Are you using 7.5 pounds per arm? So 15 altogether? Or are the two weights 7.5 combined? I’m struggling to know if I should be using heavier weights. I’m using 4.5 pound weights (combined), but I don’t know if I should be using higher to see better results😅
