I hate the dentist too! - I feel your pain, toothache is awful I've had it recently - thankfully nothing too bad.

I can relate! I'm 27 and had to get braces and jaw surgery to fix my underbite. Had I gotten my underbite fixed when I was younger I wouldn't have needed the jaw surgery. Insurance didn't cover the jaw surgery because my underbite wasn't bad enough (i.e. Where I would have had a two month recovery instead of a week long recovery). I've seen my dentist for 10 years and if he mentioned braces earlier, I could have saved over $5,000.

Meghan don't worry I believe in ur body to heal, my teeth got knocked out last November and now I am ok so you I believe shall survive!!!! Hope you get better soon!!!

I can totally relate! I had a tooth in the lower left side to start hurting last June. Waited three weeks before seeing a dentist about it because I had just left my hometown dentist and had no insurance. The place I ended up going to had a membership plan for those who didn't have insurance, great. I had to have a root canal on the tooth THAT DAY. I literally had a mental breakdown in the chair when they told me how much it was going to cost, even with the membership plan. Luckily I had that day off from work. I had at least three or four nights where I woke up writhing in pain. Fast forward a few weeks later, my permanent crown on the root canal-ed tooth WOULD NOT FIT because the temp had caused my gums to swell so much that I had to get another impression for a crown done. By October, my mouth was officially no longer in pain. Thankfully the dentist office did not charge me to get the 2nd impression and crown done. I just had another crown put on a different tooth today and the process went a whole lot smoother. Hope you feel better soon!!

I like to get a slice of bread and using a glass rotate the rim around on the bread till the center is cut out. I then pop it in the frypan that already has oil in it. I then break an egg into the hole in the bread and start to fry the egg flipping it once it is mostly cooked. I then end up with egg inside a bit of fried toast. I fry the round piece of bread beside it also.

Glad you are feeling better, da chews (and John) will take care of you. No fan of the dentist either but I have a good one now. Drink lots of liquids if you can ☺️

Girl I feel so bad about what happened to you. Feel better! Hoping nothing like this happens to you again! Although if you ever want dentist advise feel free to hit me up. I have a family friend who's a dentists that I've gone for years. He's great and straight up with you. I've even got family who works with him too. We've helped my coworker not get overpriced by another sketchy dentist too. If you ever have any questions let me know and I'll get those answers for you 👍

I got hit in the teeth twice and both times, the roots got damaged and ruined my teeth so I had to get a veneer which took several attempts to get the right colour etc... Luckily I was under 18 when the majority of it happened and my dental care was free and my dentist was really nice but I know exactly how you feel!! ❤️

I'm sorry you had such a horrible dentist experience, Meghan! and holy crap, that's so expensive. John - I'm not an expert but I think you should wait for the oil heat up, then put the egg on it xD that way it doesn't absorb the oil as much.

Last time I went to the dentist they sent me in for a specialized x-ray at my local hospital when I told them I had not had my wisdom teeth in my lower jaw taken out as this confused the dentist as she could not see them. What their weaker teeth x-ray machine could not see was my wisdom teeth have never come out because they actually sit almost sideways next to the teeth beside them under the skin of my gums.

Don't go to a terrible dentist, even if you have to pay out of pocket, it is worth it.

I had a similar story to this. I have braces and if people didn't know, braces suck. So one day I ate this peanut and got some of it suck in between the wires. I then use my tongue to get it out and a bracket came off so I had a wire just poking my gum non stop. I went to the orthodontist on Monday and they just cut it. My gums felt numb but I am a happy camper now.

We are paying extra to go to a specific dentist that we know because of situations like this. Your teeth are important so it's worth the extra funds. I'm sorry they were so shady.
