Sometimes a group may not understand the fact of a person not being able to speak about all their hardships because of fear of the group not being able to understand that there is alot there and it takes time to unravel the onion of pain. However, you must start somewhere and journal writing helps to keep you focused on the main events of the pain and it allows you to see how you can find closure in the event or the situation that is hurting you deeply. Be careful because your at an vulnerable state and relationship develop that are toxic to your healing when you go into them when your still in an grief recovery process.
