Thanks so much for this! Galveston was my favorite place in the world as a kid growing up in Texas. :) Haven't been there since the 80's.

Next time, on the way to Galveston veer off i45 onto Nasa Rd. & head straight to "Kemah Boardwalk". It offers much more & 100% larger than Pleasure Pier. Walk along pier, watch boats & take in an awesome breeze. Offers more rides, shops, feed stingrays, ride a train & a boat called "Beast". Some days there's band. The next day, then go to Galveston. Enjoy your travels! ✌️

This is a really wonderful and informative video. You single handedly changed my prospective on all of Galveston! I was only going to go to the beach, now I have to dedicate a whole day to fun!

I spend most of the week talking with and doing things with my mother. I told my brothers and sisters this once and only once…. Do what you can and as often as you can. I’m not coordinating anything with you… That conversation was two years ago, and still no visits or help. I enjoy every moment I spend with my mother. I can’t convince the rest what they’re missing out on.
