I love old Detroit. I live in Tucson Az now but I long to go back. Grew up in Rochester Hills.

Because of some construction I had to detour thru the B-E neighborhood. I knew they were there, but had never seen them. Simply put they're stunning. They're way too big for just me now. I wish I could tour some of them.

I'm just watching this and this is from 7 years ago. I wish I would have known all about these deals back then I would have packed up and moved to never look back I would have taken out the rear view mirror and the side mirrors LOL just never look back...

Shame my dad my family come from heart of Detroit. Was can still be a nice beautiful area to live. Fix the houses that can be fix bring back the history in making of Detroit.. Pick up garbage get rid of squatters crappy landlords bring prices to good loving living people who care tell them your not destroy this no more Get rid of burned down falling old abanded homes. There's, a lot to give back ...homes!! People deserve nicesc you

How about some tax breaks and incentives? These places are going to need a lot of cash!

Still a bad neighborhood. I don't care how good a deal you can get on a house, I'm not moving there.
