But please ek video working parents ke liye bhi banaiyr ki ham kaise apne bache ka rutine set kare. Papa 9-10 baje ghar ate hai aur morning 9 baje chale jate hai... Unhe bhi lagta hai ki bache ke sath time bitaye agar bacha 9 baje so jayega to papa ko sunday ke siwa kisi bhi din papa ke sath time nhi spend kar payega. To aise time bache ka sone ka schedule ham kaisa kar sakte hai .. Please reply

Hiii shreya, Mera baby 5 month ka h, day time m hr 2 hrs m nap leta hai, mostly 30 mins and 3 hrs in afternoon, night sleep b thik h but wo pure din 1-1ghnte m feed mangta h, even night sleep ke samay b.. 3.5 month tk night sleep k samay 2.5 hrs tk so jata tha ek stretch m I don't know what to do about it....

From few days my 3 month old is not sleeping well , not being cranky but i m upset because when he became 1.5 month old he started to sleep for 5-6 hours at night in 1 stretch but now he is waking up whole night , take 4-5 hours of sleep in early mornings in 2 stretches then he take 2 naps for 1 hours or somethings less than 1 hour I am worried for him he is not taking good quality sleep . Hope this will work for me .

Mam my baby age 3 months 20 days, my baby every feeds vomiting like yogurt, my baby birth weight was only 2 kg, now my baby weight 4.5 kg, she is to much cry whole day , and take feed every 40/45 min , her weight is ok or not ok? Hiii shreya. Mere baby ko 3 month complete ho gaya abhi. 2 week hogaye baccha rat 2 baje ke bad rota hai,har 1 ghante ke bad uthata hai, 10 minutes ke bad uthata hai. Dinbhar sota hai. Rat ko nahi sota 2 baje ke bad. Village bahut thandi hai. Morning ka malish hota hai. Rat ko winter ke vajese malish karne nahi hota. Neend complete nahi 2 week hogaye.

Hello Shreya, Thanks for sharing this video. My baby almost completing 3 months now, and I am observing that now he sleeps for longer stretch upto 3-4 hours( before it was 2hr). My concern is, shall I let my baby sleep or shall I wake him up for very 2 hour for feeding?? Also quite confused with baby need to feed every 2 hour and here we are talking about only 1-3 night feedings.

He takes such short naps 4-5 in a day. Is this fine?? Or is there any way so that baby able to sleep for long duration, atleast after bath?

@@mydvija hello Shreya Thanks for always replying. I don't know why, but I am very concerned about sleep pattern of my baby. He is sleeping very well at day time, taking 3-4 naps. But at night, he wakes up too early around 4 am, and after that wake up every hour for feeding.(2-3 times). Not sleeping peacefully after 4 am. Grunting and stretching his legs hands. Please help me with this, if I can do anything.

My 3.5 month baby sleeps at 9pm but wakes up at 10.30 pm and is very active playful till 12 am. After 12 am he is very cranky cries and sleep only when rocked. His daytime nap and feeding schedule is as you mentioned in this video. What is the issue?

I guess that period is known as sleep regression. I did a lot of research on it. Set my baby’s night routine. Baby’s sleep will get worse but stick to routine. My baby is today 5 months old and from last 3-4 days he is sleeping peacefully from 9pm to 7am waking once in between 2.30-4am for a feed since i am Breastfeeding.

Now my condition is same... It's been a good year since your question... Now your turn to help... How should I manage.. I have a daughter studying in class 1 and 3 month old baby.. In Aug my maternity leave will be over.. Timings will be Same as yours... Some tips might work😊
