Dear Zahid! Beautifully explained and keep up the good work, brother. Sea trials are conducted by the yard and witnessed by the owners and class. However; during sea trails, testing is religiously conducted by the yard. Crew (owner's representatives) are 'restricted' to "touch" anything as such! Or to test anything by themselves. Simply felt like adding the above information for reference :)
