This cartoon was pretty entertaining to me. Some of the episodes were good(Guile & Bison teaming up against Akuma) while other episodes.. well not so much. I often wonder if the Street Fighter 5 team hired the writers of the cartoon to do the character stories because they have been lackluster

What’s interesting is that I believe the Akuma episode is generally considered to be one of the better episodes that actually tries to be like the games but it still sucks and makes the American(in this series because I believe Ken is actually 3/4 Japanese in the games) the hero

You know, personally I started getting into Street Fighter after watching DEATH BATTLE {Akuma/Gouki vs Shang Tsung and (my favorite) Shao Kahn vs M. Bison/Vega]. Ever since, I've been trying to keep tabs on anything Street Fighter. I LOVE Street Fighter 2: the Animated movie, because it is violent, helps show who most of the characters are, and the fight between M. Bison/Vega against Ryu and Ken was so impressive that I even download it onto my iPod/iPhone. Then I watched the Van Dammes movie. What can I say, "the day Bison graced your village, was the most important day of your life. But for me, it was Tuesday" which was funny cause I actually watched this on a Tuesday! If this movie ever returns to Netflix, pay no heed to Zangief's "Quick! Change the channel!" XD This cartoon, while not as great action wise, characters kinda mixed up their roles, Bison/Vega seems like he's Magneto with his 'magnetic power' instead of his Psycho power, especially with a very rare occurance of his infamous Psycho Crusher found in only a couple episodes. Regardless, its good to have a laugh once in a while, and the characters do tend to satisfy for the next episode. I'd give this series a B(84%)/ 3 stars for both amusement and interestng take on characters. P.S, Bison's "Yes! YES!!" has become a wallpaper and my text tone. Which is AWESOME!!! Street Fighter 2 V: Out of everything Street Fighter (minus games), this is the best thing that could ever happen to the SF franchise. Awesome character development, great storyline, outstanding music, and incredible violence! Sure we don't see Blanka, T Hawk, Dee Jay, or E. Honda, and we see glimpses of Akuma/Gouki throughout the series, HOWEVER, this series is really impeccable! If they ever come out with another SF anime series, they should look at this as a great model and inspiration. Bison/Vega has an interesting personality in this, and for that reason remains one of my best and favorite character in the SF franchise. I own the entire series on 4 disc DVD and i can't get enough of it. Hell I might rewatch it again in Japanese. If only Guile and Chun Li have their projectile attacks. If only Balrog/M. Bison actually put up a decent fight against Cammy. If only I could watch this right now instead of typing this really long comment on a B rated show LOL.

This cartoon is not really that bad, Yes I know I am crazy for saying so. The main reason I made this video is that: it is just so tupidly different from the game storyline (following the american live-action movie) and ridecules the characters that I had to make it.
