In a small saucepan simmer 1 cup of sago (tapioca pearls) for 10 minutes, turn off heat and cover with a lid for 15 minutes, rinse and drain under cold water. In a large bowl add the sago, 16oz’s of cut strawberries, 1 jar of coconut jelly, 1 can of evaporated milk, 1 can of coconut milk and 1/2 a can of condensed milk (more if you want it more sweet). Refrigerate for 2-4 hours.

Sago is similar to the boba pearls that are made with tapioca starch. Coconut jellies have a mild coconut taste that’s not too sweet and has sort of a jello texture but not nearly as soft - it’s more chewy. I’m not a huge fan of coconut flavor but I do love coconut jelly. I hope this helps!
