Horrible experience with Myntra.....they don't even have the decency to resolve an issue.....

It's been 8 days since I first complained and I m yet to receive any resolution. I paid online and my product is not delivered yet but my order status shows 'Delieverd'. When we call them they just say I m sorry .. mai mafi chahta hu/ chahti hu..aap 24-48 tak ka wait kar le.. pichle 10 dino se yahi sun rha

@@aryatararokde Myntra didn't resolved my issue. I did it on my own. I went to the eKart office from where I got to know about the delivery status of my order. The delivery boy didn't delivered my product instead he kept it somewhere else and marked my status as 'Delivered'. A friend of mine knows a delivery boy in Amazon. He told that boy to get my parcel and he somehow manages to get it to me. But this was not the proper process. This was my personal method to get my product. The proper process should be to get this from Myntra but they just raise their hand in helplessness.
