In Episode 2 of our Mysore travel series, we are going to take you through some important moments of India history during British rule in India. Today we will be covering Dariya Daulat Bagh, Tipu sultan’s summer palace outside the fort which was constructed as a memorabilia for his victories in Anglo-mysore wars. After this we will be visiting Gumboj, which was constructed by Tipu sultan during 1782-1784 in remembrance of his father Haider Ali khan and mother, where later he was buried.
