I know the struggle of migraines, too, especially those caused by issues, stiffness, injuries, etc, along the spine that I FINALLY found out were the actual cause of MANY of my migraines. I have a one sheet breakdown of multiple specific stretches to help with the neck and back to reduce muscles strain problems causing these types of issues that is actually way more helpful than I ever expected it to be. (In fact, I also have my son doing them as he started experiencing similar issues to move and I don't want his life turning out as painfully disabled as mine.) I could easily take a photo or scan for you, but I'm not sure how I'd be able to get it to you (and, umm, I just realized this could sound quite creepy, which is the opposite of my helpful intentions; I sincerely apologize for that).
