So true. If you aren’t losing weight while eating 1200 calories, you probably aren’t sticking to 1200 calories…

Saying that you can't lose weight on a 1200 calorie deficit because it's to low makes absolutely no sense

That’s right 😂😂😂 I never had cereal 🥣 or 3tbsp.. always had like 10 tbsp at least
@Anthony-kz5pj
You will lose weight for sure but why would you put the deficit too low thats barely enough for a toddler? Anyone can still lose weight eating even 2000 calories just include some daily walking and exercise

1200 calories and work out. Heard a saying that our bodies for centuries evolved to maintaining itself a little over E empty. In nature you’re either quarter of tank full or just bout on empty.
@winnie2222
I've been eating 1200 calories a day for a few months now. (I ate 1500 calories for 3 mo before this) I've lost almost 60 lbs. I will be happy when I am eating maitenence calories. 1200 isn't a lot. But ... 60 lbs is.
@ArtiKumari-di1si

That's true.
@FAITHRESTORED.
I started my cut 3 months ago, started at 88kg, now 75kg. Goal weight is 70kg. Abs slightly popping, but wont be fully visible until 70

The 1200 calorie diet, not deficit
@Nourishtoflourishcookbook
Either way, that is crazy low to stay on for longer than maybe prepping for a body building show or wanting to look good at the beach a week or two out.
@MrsSyamoneVlogs
Very helpful dude!!! also JESUS IS LORD
@missedmyself
Doesnt matter if you get your 1200 calories from mcdonald’s or from a homemade salads, makes absolutely no difference to your weight lose journey, only difference is the salad is healthier for your body.
@RyanKillins
I have a BMR of 1700kcals and have for the last 6-8 years. It may be unsustainable for some but I don’t see it being an issue for me.
@Romeoz06
What vegetables are recommended? Can’t be just broccoli
@MMA_Jackal
The best advice I could give anyone trying to lose weight is to do the exact opposite of what this guy is telling you. at first just focus on the calories into calories out. If you want to eat the unhealthy food you used to just make sure you’re in the deficit you absolutely unequally 100% will lose weight as long as you’re using more calories than you’re taking in.
