Hi Lindsay, did you pay any extra charges for import taxes when the bag arrived? or did you just pay the total amount placed by mytheresa?

Hi Alejandra, I did not have to pay any extra charges for import taxes. I paid the total amount placed by Mytheresa, and I am based in the US.

Hello, are their items authentic and brand new? Some people say that their selling price are even cheaper than the store so their items might be used.

Yes, they are authentic and new. None of the items I ordered were used.

a bit random but a card holder is a card holder , the whole purpose of it is to actually hold cards so if you are purchasing a card holder in order to use it as a wallet it makes absolute sense that it wont be able to hold cash or change or id or whatever since as the name obviously suggests only stores cards . My suggestion is to save a bit more or go for a wallet if you want an actual wallet rather than the cheaper alternative of a card holder

I guess what I was driving at is, I don't understand why you would pay THAT much for this cardholder when you could have an equally nice wallet that is the same size and the same price. No additional saving would even be required as the wallet I have was the same price as the cardholder (and fits in even the tiniest of bags).

mytheresa ships with dhl. in germany we say D(auert) H(alt) L(änger) or in english "it takes longer" ;) (working for mytheresa in munich, yes its legit :D)

That's awesome. :) And yes, DHL is a shipping option. Fedex is another option (at least in the US).

You are dealing with a scam company and you need to be sewed for advertising them so you become a lesson for every one ill raise this account to Interpol be sure of that

@@HaveClothesWillTravel they said they sent me the parcel but it never arrived. I reached for the customer service and they sent me a UPS tracking number that is USA bound but I ordered from their EU page (I'm from Europe). I explained it all to their service, but they never replied.

Hi! I placed my order (YSL clutch) on MyTheresa last 3/20/23 and I received it here in the Philippines today 3/24/23 via DHL. It’s pretty fast, and I think they are legit.
