I have been shopping there for 15 years… They send me a wrong order when I called the customer service they did not do anything about the only thing they did they blocked me from their website. Another time send me broken dish when I emailed them no one got back to me nothing no answers. So disappointed never going to shop there again… They are other and better to shop like FARFETCH to shop so long NET-A-PORTER… OH.. I did send screen shots and videos too I FORGOT TO MENTION THEY NEVER GIVE ME BACK MONEY BACK EVEN THOUGH I RETURN THE IITEMS. I’m sharing this because I don’t want happens to any one else…

In the box, no matter whether it’s clothing for women or men know whether it’s a kitchen sink faucet everything they sell is garbage I put one of the faucets on my boat. It lasted 15 minutes before the lights didn’t work and it yeah it was a light up faucet and then it rusted over the course of the season I ordered shirts from them they’re supposed to fit two XL. They really offer Asian men at a two XL which is just under size of a midget everything they sell is wrong and you’re never gonna be able to send it back to China and get your money back that’s for sure it’s all Asian quality and they care less about America make America great again and by American.

Yes, indeed, you get what you pay for. Some of the bags and shoes were fine, but those weren't as dirt cheap as the other items.

I am commenting from the resort, we have been her a few days now and I have to say that it has been so far an excellent experience. Have encountered one or two staff working at restaurants with off demeanor but overall food has been prompt, staff friendly, noise hasnt been an issue and we went to bed early our first night. This is our 3rd sandals stay and we are both in agreement that so far this has been our favorite resort. It seems they have really stepped up their efforts to make changes since your visit.

Hi,nice review I am thinking of buying puffer the truth is in the first place I wanted lulu like yours , but I felt that it’s kind of bulky when wearing as cross body as I use to do. Thanks again I am certain of puffer bag now

I learned my lesson ordering from some of these scam sites claiming designer shoes and fashions from Europe come to find out all is coming from China, and it's usually crap, knock offs, or has to be tailored to fit properly. Try returning the items, good luck getting a response or your money back.

Farfetch does not authenticate or verify their merchants, meaning anyone with a “business” can sell “designer” brands around the world on their platform. I purchased a bag from one of their suppliers and looked up the address in Italy and it didn’t look at all legit. My emails to cancel the order were never answered. If you go to Trust Pilot you will see that the majority of their negative reviews are complaints that sound very similar from different customers. I like to pay a little more and have peace of mind that what I am getting is from a reliable source (Saks, Neiman, etc.) and it is the real thing!

My wife and I went there a few months after it opened for our 30th wedding anniversary….. it was amazing, sorry to hear that you had not such a great time…. Please give it another chance later…We are looking forward to going there again…. We have stayed at a few resorts RIU and Sandals and have never been disappointed with any of them
