Mythic Legions: Ashes of Agbendor - LIVE Wave Reveal Special

2 ай бұрынIn the aftermath of the Second Great War, the Legions of Dark have been defeated, but the price paid is a steep one. Many of the Realm’s greatest heroes have made the ultimate sacrifice, and those who remain are left to rebuild their shattered world.
Back in Ophidionn, an old wizard combs through the charred remains of the library. As Agbendor’s new Master of Records, he works to salvage the great knowledge once contained within the library’s halls. He also begins to record stories of the most recent battles. For those who will rule the Mythoss of tomorrow must know of the heroism and sacrifice that helped win the Second Great War, and which ended the rise of the Dark Four.
On Friday, May 31st starting at 7:00pm EST, these stories will begin to be told as we reveal the latest Mythic Legions wave - “Ashes of Agbendor”. We will be livestreaming from Four Horsemen Studios as we reveal each of the figures in this new wave.
The StoreHorsemen.com preorder for Mythic Legions: Ashes of Agbendor will begin immediately following the livestream at 8:30pm EST.

Hopefully The Four Horsemen willdo striaght re-releases of all the older figures. Some of us are new fans and collectors and have only just discovered the Mythic Legions action figures.

Will The Four Horsemen bring back the bird figures and the other animal figures that looked like cat people, elephants, hippos, rhinos, and others? Maybe their forms could be modified to fit in with the current Mythic Legions and Cosmic Legions formats.

What a nice looking wave of figures. My favorites are: Blue Shield Soldier, goblin two-pack, Xue, and the rogue figure with the three heads.

I wonder if the rogue figure with the three heads is an homage to the D&D figure of Zarak with the hooded orc head?

The homage figures to Masters of the Universe are fun. Keep them coming! Is there any chance of more homage characters inspired by D&D cartoon characters, Thundercats, and.....and everything else?

Have they fixed the loose joints that seem to have popped up in some of their previous waves? Looks tempting, but the possibility of super loose joints keeps me from going all in even with the affordable price point.

Were the four evil Big Bads completely destroyed? or Were they only defeated for now and will make another return later? or Will there be even worse enemies appearing?

Uuuuug!!! Oh the humanity, or lack of it, to go against Yo Joe June??????? Not good timing for me. I'd typically go all in, no problem, but not when I have a potential GI Joe Haslab to purchase. That is what concerns me the most! The Joe Haslab will charge in July though, most likely. All I collect is Mythic Legions and Joe Classified, not happy about this dropping now. I'm going to have to think long about this. 😢

I like Kai Pacha even better than B’alam, great figure! Can we get a female Jagullian next? 3rd party heads are all meh.

Weakest wave you guys ever made smh, you guys SHOULD have made a dragon. At this point more & more people are going to get into Savage Crucible, better paint, price point, articulation, sculpt & short turn around time to get figures. It's a dam shame.

I really loved Azza and Iosef with the Mercurian helmet. But Yeah, with a title like “Ashes of Agbendor” I was expecting more aggressive and violent looking characters. You got a snow leopard and a frost ogre. Last time I checked, fire turns things to ash, not snow and ice. But hey, I’m not in the business. I just buy what I like and pass on what I don’t.
